I’ve been using this company for the past five months after hiring them to replace another company that did a terrible job, and the difference has been night and day. The entire team is professional—from the crew cutting the grass to the ladies who send updates and reminders. Their pricing is fair, communication is excellent, and they’re always timely. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, I simply provided feedback and it was corrected immediately. They’ve also been extremely reliable and have never missed a scheduled service unless weather prevented them from coming out. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and highly recommend them. I’m looking forward to trying their Christmas lighting package this year!

UPDATE to my original review… this is literally I think my first ever bad review. I feel bad for even leaving a bad review cause I love seeing businesses thrive but in this manner something about all of this just rubbed me totally wrong so maybe I can save somebody from commitment with this comment. I'll give credit where it's due. The front office Keegan and Caelen which is all I’ve mainly talked to is kind and responsive, and they answer the phones with genuine care. You can even text them and they are swift, I mean overall great human beings. I even liked seeing the truck pull up. The mow was quick, done in about 30 minutes, and it looked good. I wanted this to work seriously cause it took me forever to find a company that had even the potential to do right but ended up just messing up like every other company… I had them on the full slate of services, mow/trim, fertilization, pest control, and bush & bed, around $400 a month. During a bush & bed weed treatment, their careless overspray went onto my lawn and killed a stretch of my grass. When I raised the problem they sent a supervisor out, the first explanations from a supervisor were "runoff from the rocks," or "heat off the rock." Which is merely impossible. The dead grass is well past any rocks near all of my flower beds in the backyard, and in two years in this home nothing like this has ever happened and I have used weed & grass killer before. Now Keegan only eventually acknowledged and took accountability and made others realize it wasn't runoff and that it was their team's doing. Now mind you here, I never asked for money or a refund never cared to because simply money is just paper with a number on it, I want my lawn back. All I asked was that, since they were the ones who killed the grass with weed and grass killer, they give those damaged areas some individualized attention. Someone coming out periodically to inspect and treat them until the lawn recovered, at no cost to me. That request went up the chain to the boss and came back denied. Instead they offered to charge me, through their fertilization service, to fix the very areas they damaged, with assurances it "won't happen again." Causing the damage and then billing me to repair it is where they lost me. I've since cancelled everything of course. It’s just sad because a company shows you who they are in how it handles a problem, not just the sale.

Had my first mowing today. My yard looks great! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

A lot of how you feel about a service can come down to how you’re treated. Eric with Buffalo Outdoor was awesome.

Had Eric come out and look at my sprinkler heads. Fixed alot of problems other irrigation companies charge and arm and leg for. If you can get on the schedule, its worth it.

Eric did a great job, quick and efficient. Adjusted my watering schedule to maximize water absorption and adjusted a couple of nozzle heads. As expected, another stellar job by Buffalo Outdoor!

We just switched to Buffalo outdoor. Eric B. Was very informative and went above and beyond. We had 2 wasps nests on the 3rd floor awning that no other company can get and he made it happen for us. Highly recommend this company.

Today one of your employees made a mistake and mowed part of my yard and then decided to leave it unfinished. I now have a line going through my front yard. Mistakes are going to happen but atleast make it right by taking the additional 5 minutes to finish the section and make it presentable. Also this mistake could have potentially turned into an opportunity. One where you explained what happened and left me a business card. Maybe then I would have requested a future quote.

My overgrown weeds were treated and be gone by Carl. He was prompt, efficient, and did job without cutting corners.
