I had an appointment for 11:30am. No one showed up by 11:45am. I sent a message asking if there was someone scheduled to come out, and was told the guy had "tire issues." I understand things happen. Then, someone was supposed to come by by 1:15pm. I waited until 1:30pm and never received communication from anyone. Call this business if you enjoy wasting your time waiting for PEST control, because this one will have you wasting your time ASAP. Trust the negative reviews, I should have known better.

I had Liberty Pest Control as a service for 4.5 years while I lived in Fort Worth and they were amazing and I never had issues with bugs or pests. They even helped me get rid of a current rat problem when I initially moved in and never had any after a couple months. I’m giving a two star because I moved away, and since I was a loyal customer I reached out to them for advice on my property in Nevada and they didn’t even bother to respond to my inquiry. As a loyal customer for so long who also referred them to many homeowners, I at least thought they’d respond to me. This makes me feel like I’m just another customer to them who came and gone.

ALWAYS get great and friendly service from the office staff to the techs AND the price is great.

I was told everything is covered under warranty for up to 3 months after the treatment. 4 days after, I see bees/hives making a nest. Called them, talked to Karen and they refused to cover this. She demanded trip charge if someone has to come and spray it. She was extremely rude and claimed she is the owner of the business.

The technician was on time, friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I'm hoping this treatment will take care of my problem. I think it will.

We have been customers for around 5-6 yrs & pay for them to come out quarterly. This year, I don't know what happened, but service is questionable to poor. They charged us for service in May, but we had to call to schedule service because they never called us. They should have come in May for service, since that would have been 4mths from Jan, but never called. The guy that came out today, came in an unmarked vehicle & no uniform(this is a 1st - every tech before came in a company truck w/ a uniform.) We don't even think he sprayed our entire house & where he did spray, he didn't spray the baseboards, he sprayed the wall from halfway up so we had spray dripping down our walls. 2 of our bathrooms were left untouched, 2 bedroom had a small section sprayed & 1 bedroom had spray running down the wall in a small area and HE SPRAYED THE DOG BOWLS! They weren't even next to the wall, but he sprayed in away (where the wand was away from the wall & a good 2ft in the air) that it fell onto the bowls. He sprayed the fireplace for some reason & in turn sprayed my purse. He then goes outside where he spent maybe a total of 5 min (2000 Sq ft house w/ .28 acres). Checked the video cameras & he doesn't spray the foundation at all, he douses ALL of the flowers & shrubs (which I had to chop them ALL down to prevent pollinators from getting to), sprays down the entire right side of the house near the ac unit, but never the foundation. He sprayed around some windows, but never the foundation. He didn't even put the granules in our yard..... Which we pay for. We pay for the interior baseboards, foundation & yard granules. They have only 1 time knocked down wasps nests & the tech thst did it that time said it should be done at every visit, along with sweeping down webs such. It was only done once by that tech & never before or after. Completely unsatisfied w/ the service we received today. Will be calling Monday to cancel. I recommend Liberty! I had them come to a commercial property due to bees and wasp. Dispatch called gave me ETA and letting me know they were in route. Did an inspection and then gave me quote. Told them yes and stated they could do it same day. Performed his job, explained to me the issue and how to prevent it, then asked if everything look good then requested payment. They take cash and card. Nothing but positive things to say about this business and staff.

I have been using LPC for several years. Amy is one of the many reasons I’m loyal. Every time I call it’s like talking to an ole friend, I don’t know how she always remembers me! Best service in DFW! Fees are super reasonable. I don’t always make good choices, but doing business with Amy and LPC was one of them!

Liberty takes care of our home with regularity and commitment. I don't have to worry about creepy crawlies until they are legs up! They are diligent about making sure we get the service we pay for. And I love that I can pay as I go, monthly or all at once for a year and not worry about it.
