From day one I’ve had an excellent experience with Erik and Daida! It’s obvious they are great leaders because that excellence is mirrored by everyone I’ve worked with on their team. I can’t speak highly enough about Brandon, one of the technicians. He is incredibly professional, thorough, friendly and polite and always impresses me with his knowledge any time I have a question. This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them. So many companies have gotten so large that they no longer are focused on providing excellent service to each individual customer. That’s another reason why I highly recommend Erik and Daida, they represent that the American dream is still alive and small businesses are what make our country great!

I will never call another company. The owner and workers are spot on with their work. Had a company give me a quote and they quoted stuff I did not need. I called Bugs or Us. He came out and told me exactly what I need to get the job done properly with very reasonable pricing. In my book I would definitely give them a call for all the bug, mice, rat or anything that crawls.

It’s Bugs or Us Pest Control have been a blessing to me. I don’t need to worry about this service for any of the five properties me and my wife manage. They don’t miss a service and keep us informed at all times. We had not have any pest control issues since they took over this service around 1.5 years ago. Their staff is excellent. From the office staff to the field staff, we live them all. I can’t thanks them enough. Thanks again!!!
