It's Bugs Or Us Pest Control

I love this company. We had a crazy chigger situation (outside and inside our home) after our neighbors cut their very tall grass. 10 out of 10 would recommend It’s Bugs Or Us. Thank you!!! This part is about another bug company that I won’t name…We had to suffer through the chigger infestation for 4 months while another company treated over and over only to eventually admit their product didn’t work on chiggers. Me and my young kids had at least 5 new bites a day. What a nightmare. Bugs Or Us saved the day. Thank you again!!!

I have a log house and had holes being bored in it so I read the perfect review history and called this company. Timothy of Its Bugs or Us visited on time was great, educating me on an insect I’d never heard of. Although I treated the infestation myself I will be keeping this excellent company in my phone because they are clearly interested in high quality customer service and a high standard of service. A solid 5 star experience and Thank you Tim! Edit: I had them out again July 2025 and Sean was just as professional and knowledgeable as Tim, if you have pest control issues you’ve found the right place!

i’ve been with this pest control company for 3 years and although the staff was always friendly, unfortunately their tactics and their product is very poor. product is weak, i’m guessing watered down chemicals because i paid a lot of money over the course of 3 years and every single time i had to get a technician back out to my home to RE-SPRAY! nothing ever worked even though my home was NOT INFESTED with roaches but still quite a bit of activity nothing seemed to ever get rid of them. i wouldn’t waste my money if i were you and seek a professional pest control service provider. i do not recommend bugs or us.

Absolutely terrible experience. They lie just about everything and do not honor their warranty. No accountability in not following up and then ghost when called out for it. When you finally do get ahold of the owner? He gaslights and denies everything his own daughter and son in law tells you. It's better to go with a real exterminator instead of a crackpot veteran trying to hustle a buck that has limited experience on a battlefield he for which he is woefully unprepared.

Very easy to work with. Came over and did a spraying. In and out quick. Let's see if it works!

I went with this company purely for the commercial and I’m not disappointed at all. They have amazing customer service, the owner of the company came down and sprayed our house and he is so amazing!!!! If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would. 10/10 will recommend it to anyone I know.

I called and was greeted by Maddy. She took all of the needed information and set my appointment with urgency. Nick was prompt and was very knowledgeable. He gave us peace of mind. The technician that came out was Christina and she was professional and personable. I highly recommend this team for your pest control. I had to add to this review as it is important for anyone seeking bug control. Two weeks later I get a call from the office so that they can do an inspection and reapply for insects. Talking about a great follow up..!! This was done at no additional charge. This time Tim came out and he was just as thorough as Christina. What a great team..!

Christina was on time, answered all of our questions and told us how to take care of our house as well as what to look for in the next couple of weeks. She found some ants outside we didn't know were moving into our windows and a couple wasp nests out back, YIKES When we need any other pest control help we will definitely be calling for another appointment!

These people were so awesome. Friendly staff from Mattie that took our phone call to Nick that did an awesome job at reassuring us, being encouraging and especially when we were stressed and discouraged by the bed bugs. He did a first spray and pretty much killed them all. He does a second spray 2 wks after to kill the hatched eggs.

I called a dozen pest control companies on Labor Day because I had a pest emergency. Well, this company was the only one that returned my phone call and the secretary promptly scheduled someone to come out the next day. Tim & Steve were both very polite and knowledgeable during each of their visits!

Tim and Nick are awesome! It's Bugs or Us is SO EASY to communicate with via text. They are professional and have a guarantee on their services. I had to find a pest control company due to a water leak next to my condo that keeps causing bug issues. It's Bugs or Us is very patient and provides quality service! I highly recommend using them for all your pest control needs. They send you a detailed report after each service also. They can usually get you on the schedule pretty quickly!

I recently had an issue with some bugs around the house - ants and roaches. Called several places only to be told I had to commit to a long term contract anywhere from $25 - $45 a month. Then I contacted Erik at It's Bugs or Us and he offered a one time fee - which is exactly what I wanted. We scheduled an appointment and he did a thorough treatment of our place. Erik was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I won't hesitate to call him back if needed.

Great customer service.

Steve arrived early for this appointment and performed in a professional manner. He inspected the garage for signs of mice or rats. Nothing was found in regards to mice or rats. Steve also found three hornet nests above my front door he quickly destroyed teo of them with a long pole and sprayed another with hornet spray. It was a clean and easy removal process.

Steve and Tim are just AMAZING! They came in and gave a quote. Came back the next day for treatment. Price was more than great I even paid for a year upfront!! Steve was more than professional and made us feel at ease when explaining every treatment we inquired about. They did a total inspection of our home and were prompt and kind! I couldn’t be happier! Today they came and did treatment. They suggested the best route for the treatment to work best. I’ve never seen a pest control company do as much as Steve and Tim did!! I am SO happy to have chosen bugs or us!!!!!! Not to mention Maddie at the office is beyond sweet! Thank you Steve and Tim!!!!! I feel like I can sleep better at night now!

Nick was so friendly and kind. We were able to get on the schedule within 48 hours for a free inspection! Nick came to do the inspection and was super thorough and honest. My sister was actually the one home since I was working. I gave him a call to get specifics on the issue and quote. He gave me a quote (fantastic price) and then said he actually had enough time to come treat that day! He had left, but turned around and came back to the house and treated right then. So thankful for the peace of mind and extremely fast turnaround! Nick went above and beyond to provide us great service at a super reasonable price. Thank you Nick!
