Ideal Pest Control

We found we had carpenter ants and they sent Phil to us to treat the issue. He went above and beyond! Thankfully we were having our “hardwoods “ removed and replaced with different flooring to stop the issue from recurring and he came once they were removed and sprayed everything to make sure they wouldn’t return. He’s nice, professional, and obviously very good at his job. 10/10 would recommend!

Abelino was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly when he performed my termite inspection. He explained the areas of concern and what to watch out for. Since I treat my own home for bugs, he also gave me a couple of great tips that I really appreciated. This was my first time using Ideal Pest, and I was very pleased. Everyone from the office staff to the inspector was great!

I have been using Ameritech pest control for several years and ideal bought them out so of course I would assume all the services were the same however they were not. Ameritech used to spray for $60 and give you a 90 day warranty when I booked with Ideal - they came out and sprayed and it was $81 and there was no warranty at all! If something that important had changed with the service they should’ve let me know ahead of time and I would’ve called somebody else

Had a couple ant issues. Ideal Pest Control was able to fit me within a couple days. When they came back 2 weeks later to follow up on the issue and retreat there was no longer any ant activity. Service rep was very knowledge, answered all my questions and took care of the issues! I’m now signed up for regular treatments. Highly recommend!

I cant explain how professional Abelino "AB" was during his recent visit. He took the time to show me some spots he felt were potential issues for me and explained the treatments for each. The he did an sweep and spray of the entire house. He listened to my concerns and I signed up for the annual service that day hoping AB is able to come out each time.

Dylan came back in a redo for acrobat ants in the master bath. Dylan is thoughtful about spraying inside My Home, and understands My Wife's concerns about pesticides in the home. Dylan's pest mitigation procedures inside the Home are minimally invasive to Myself, My Wife and my pets but effective in eradicating pests. Thank You Dylan !!!!

Brantley is a super star! He is by far the best tech who has ever serviced my home. He thoroughly treated my home for the nasty critters that were invading my home! TWO THUMBS UP!

Guy was late, and despite being warned kept talking loudly with my wife in a meeting. Price was set before arrival for specific tasks and he kept trying to talk me out of it. Since he had only been talking the whole time , he was told that he could leave.
