I give this place a two star, only because they guy who sprayed was nice, and helpful, didn't catch his name. The guy named Erick who came out to "Inspect" of house, was a complete ass. We assumed we had bed bugs just because we never saw anything and we were being bit at night. We had Arrow Exterminators come out to treat our house for carpenter bees. The first time they treated, they did a great job. They were very friendly and convinced us to sign a year contract.
