Hawan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He told us what to expect after the treatment and he was spot on to what happened. I really appreciated that. It has been a week since the treatment of the outside of our home. We did see some activity afterwards that he told us would probably occur. Thankfully the treatment seems to be working. He assured us that the products he used would not harm ourselves or our dog. I highly recommend him. We were having a problem with tiny ants inside our home and looks like he has solved that problem .

Hawan is great. After having work done on our chimney, a squirrel got into our air ducts. We were so worried the squirrel was going to die in the ducts, but Hawan helped us get it safely out of the vents, and the squirrel scurried off to safety to go live its life. We were so relieved! I wanted a one-time visit to deal with some ants. I called on Wednesday, and we were tentatively set for Friday, which I feel was already pretty fast, but Hawan was able to come later that Wednesday. He sprayed outside and inside and gave us tips to prevent future ants. He really knew what he was talking about. Thanks so much!

My experience with this pest control service was quite detailed because I had insects appearing in multiple rooms, especially near windows and kitchen corners. The technician didn’t apply a one-size-fits-all treatment. He separated the problem areas and identified different causes, including moisture buildup and food exposure. He used gel treatment for kitchen zones and light spray for corners and window frames. I liked the structured approach instead of random spraying. Over time, pest sightings reduced significantly, and the house now feels much more under control and cleaner overall.

I used this service when I noticed insects getting attracted to my balcony plants and slowly entering the living room. The technician inspected both indoor and outdoor areas and explained how standing water in plant trays was contributing to the issue. He treated drainage points and also sprayed mild solution around balcony edges. I appreciated that he focused on eco-friendly prevention rather than heavy chemical use. The process was smooth and didn’t affect plants. After treatment, insect activity around the balcony reduced significantly and the living room stayed much cleaner.
