They are great at keeping the yard free of insects and wasps.

Had them come out and spray a rent house for roaches. They did a very good job and were very professional.

We had service done at our residence before Thanksgiving. A week later we reached back out to the number that is provided and we were told that the owner lost his dog and had to put the pet down. And then a driver got into a accident so he had no technician. Ok, we were sorry to hear that so we gave a week before we reached back out. After getting the run around 2 weeks later we finally got the owner. He claimed he didn't know who we spoke to because the phone was being passed around. He finally sent another crew out. His son was part of the new crew. Well, 3 weeks later we STILL have the same issue. Under the guarantee they were suppose to come back. So we reach back out again and his wife is sick. It's been 2 weeks since the last conversatioHe got paid up front but we do not have the customer service. Thinking twe may have to go to court. And we have not heard from him YET!!

Worst company to do Business with and full of excuses and lies about coming out to complete a job they have been paid to do. Owner will make promises and have excuses for not showing up and has zero intent on completing his work once paid. He should never be allowed to have a business and work with people as he is crook. Do your self a favor and run! If you do business with them do not give them a penny until the job is 100 percent completed first no matter what they tell you.

If I could give less stars I would. This company and owner are absolutely unprofessional and shouldn't be in business. We PAID for a service in AUGUST and still have yet to receive a service- it is December. We were in contact with the owner, Steve and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. He promised us a service after waiting TWO MONTHS, and still nothing. Please avoid this business and waste of money AT ALL COST.

If I could rate a 0 I would, this company has blocked my number since wrecking into my vehicle with no insurance. They have been completely unresponsive and rude. How a company could not take responsibility is beyond me I would never use such a poor company.

The technicians were very nice they were very polite they were very professional they gone out of their way of doing things that has never been done before I'm pleased about how they did to work and how to save the furniture that they had saved they vacuumed when they said they were going to do the vacuum

They came out to treat our bed bug problem. After awhile the problem came back and they started ignoring our calls. They seemed like cool guys but they didn’t respect our givin warranty. They simply didn’t do their job well, as for bed bugs goes.

I have talked to the owner Steve and Christian i have paid for a 3 year contract for them to do unlimited bed bugs service they have horribly failed to get rid of the bed bugs. horrible service I would not use or recommend this company to anyone they will not even return my phone calls now.

I wish I could give 5 stars for these guys but unfortunately I cannot. My husband and I contacted them in hopes of getting our bed bug problem taken care of. They did come out pretty quickly to treat I will give them that but a week went by started getting bites again. They come back out after taking forever to get ahold of I mean call after call few text and throwing a fit they come back out after like 2-3 weeks of back and forth to re heat. I’m thinking ok hopefully this is the last. Nope another week later started getting bites again. Same thing took forever to get ahold of them to get them to schedule to come back out. They come out again to reheat I really thought this was over and another week later bites start again. Im at my wits end and don’t know what else to do as I have already spent so much money trying to fix this problem but I already know if I try and get ahold of them again it’s going to take forever with the same stuff over and over again. Again I really wish I could’ve given y’all 5 stars. I mean I still have a warranty so it really should be honored but I don’t want to get my hopes up that the problem will be solved again and be let down yet once again.

I had a pretty bad roach infestation at my place. Christian came out and ran me through all of the details. Very professional and efficient in his work. If you need good honest work these guys are the ones to call!

Christian is one of the best people I’ve had come by to do an extermination on our home. Showed up on time and was updating me the whole time! Would absolutely recommend Christian on doing all your pest control issues!

I have 3 yr warranty with this company since 01/22. We paid almost $3,000 for their service and has NOT resolved the problem at hand. Attempting to reach Steve Melton by phone or to even receive a text back is like going to a dentist. It is going on almost 3 months since I have requested for them to come back out and heat my house. But excuse after excuse, promise after promise, they still have not come out. Today, (03/29) we had appt between 11-11:30, we prepped house as requested and once again, NO CALL, NO SHOW. Once my wife did get ahold of Steve, he claims that "Christian should have never scheduled today cuz it was his day off" and wanted to reschedule for Friday. My wife specifically took off from work to get organized and house prepped for them. Their lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of commitment, I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. They get your money, then ignore you. They only make it convenient to you when they get your money. Then it's at their convenience as to when they come to you. Lucky you get 1 🌟

The employees took a television out of my home and caused damage to the property. The treatment failed and another service was needed. Even after all this damage, and the owner Steve Melton agreeing to replace the television and give a partial refund, he has not followed through. This occurred in October and he has delayed and made excuses.

We paid $2000 & still have bugs. Instead of honering their garentee, they ignored our calls. Very disappointed.

I do not know how this place is in business, one wrong word and Steve Melton will go off like a rocket. He's supposedly the owner but the rudest unprofessional man. Nick and one of his other employees always call back to apologize on his behalf. Twice (several months apart) two different employees of his tried explaining he had heart problems as reason for his grumpiness but after hearing exact same story the second time, I am suspicious this is a rehearsed story for customer empathy to excuse Mr. Melton's complete lack of courtesy in his communication with his yelling and foul language. Their first treatment was not successful and he was angered that we asked him to honor their 3-yr warranty. Truly I don't know how anyone has not experienced what we did; we couldn't possibly be singled out. By far the most regrettable transaction I've ever made; I would have paid more elsewhere just to not be yelled at and clear my bug issue. I am certain that if he replies to this review, it will be just as nasty-rude as his unpleasant phone calls have been. Highly discourage anyone from this business.

Orig no contact from company. Email or phone. Company coming out Monday. Will update but staff was upfront about treatment when we are experiencing rain, hence appointment for Monday. Well Monday is here- scheduled today for 10-12. No calls no email NO SHOW as of 1:30PM

I use these guys for my regular pest control, and they are amazing. The other day, I found out they also do Christmas lights. So I got them to do that for me, and wow, I was blown away by the proffecianalism and promptness. My house is a big one and they did it in one day . That's amazing . I would recommend them for pest control and Christmas lights to anyone . The team ( Jose, Steve, a Tate, and the rest of the guys )) did an amazing job.

We live in Walsh Ranch and Steve’s crew have installed our House Xmas Lights 3 years in a row! They have competitive pricing and provide 5 star service! They were extremely professional and very well mannered - Yes sir and No sir. Love it!!! Highly recommend these folks to do your Xmas lights as well! They did not leave until every single string of lights were PERFECT!! We will continue to use them for years to come!!

Ryan was very professional when he came over to spray our property for pest control. He was very thorough and was able to answer my questions around the chemical itself and whether or not it would be harmful to pets. He also was pretty quick as well and very friendly. This is a great guy working for the company, definitely would recommend.
