Luke was very good at communicating and showed up when promised. He explained everything to me and even went in the attic. I like that he uses a brush around the eaves unlike the last bug control company I used. His pricing is very reasonable. He made recommendations to help alleviate some situations I had. Overall I’m very happy with him and his service and have recommended him to my neighbors.

I would highly recommend the BugMan for pest control needs. We are new to southeast Texas and new to termite issues. We called BugMan after seeing many good recommendations for them locally and they didn’t disappoint at all. We was scheduled right away, had Brett who was so knowledgeable come to do our inspection , he answered all our questions and by the time Brett left we were set up with a plan and he gave us a sense of relief with all his knowledge that termites are just a part of life here in SE Texas and can be managed.
