So I will begin with the services they provided I was given a price of $550 for carpet cleaning and and was scheduled for 12:00 p.m. I received multiple updates one showing that my technician was on the way at 8:30 in the morning they show up at 9:30 and no one is at home because it was scheduled for 12:00 now the services were completed the job was okay at best and then I get a call to collect payment I'm told it's 640 some odd dollars so I'm kind of confused well I was quoted 550 it went up to 575 and then I'm told there's tax well here's the thing if you're going to quote somebody the price you should say this is your price plus tax when someone asks you how much will it be you don't just quote it without tax. I have tempted to make contact with this company multiple times through text messaging I keep getting to run around it's been at least three phone calls telling me it'll be this afternoon it'll be this morning it'll be this it'll be that but it never happens. I would recommend looking for more professional company to deal with someone that's got the ability to put their head on straight just for a few minutes for an individual customer.

I’d like to clear up a few things and also take responsibility where we fell short.<br><br>Regarding the arrival time, your appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and you are absolutely correct that we should have confirmed with you before arriving early. Our system did send an “on the way” notification earlier in the morning, which can sometimes be triggered as the technician routes their day. Unfortunately, unforeseen traffic conditions and route adjustments can also impact arrival timing. That said, we should have communicated more clearly and obtained your approval prior to showing up early, and we take full responsibility for that.<br><br>As for pricing, we understand how that can be frustrating. The quoted service price reflects the cleaning itself, while sales tax is applied at the state/local level and is unfortunately beyond our control. If you have concerns about the tax rate, we recommend reaching out to the appropriate taxing authority for clarification.<br><br>We also want to be transparent, we are currently training a new customer service representative. While that is not an excuse, it is part of what contributed to the miscommunication. We are all human, and mistakes do happen, but we are using this as a learning opportunity to improve our systems and communication across the entire team.<br><br>I was able to review your account, and your job was indeed scheduled for noon. Again, we should have confirmed before arriving early. On the service side, I did review the before and after photos, and the results show strong improvement with clean, well-defined grooming lines.<br><br>Once our CSR called to collect payment, the final (completed) payment was $550 plus tax and no dissatisfaction was mentioned about the arrival time or cleaning quality. We'd be happy to complete the cleaning again (at no charge), to adhere to our 100% satisfaction guarantee. <br><br>We are truly sorry you feel you were treated so poorly that it resulted in a one-star review. That is never our intention, and we are committed to improving from this experience.
