Not terribly happy about being mislead about establishing services after calling to ask for mosquito spraying and other pests . The sales person informed me that they offer a contract for 4 months covering 30 different pests ….only for the tech to come 2 days later for 10 min and spray around the house. Very poor service the lady told me that they spray worms but she lied the worker was very kind and nice. He don’t one that told me that they couldn’t spray the trees because it kills the birds or something. I never heard of that then they went to my account and took out the quarterly money before was even time to do the service, then they charge me $151 for the first time they came out and I didn’t understand that that was just too much it was $88. My first experience in April with Barrett was good. The tech came out, went in the attic and gave me quote for removing squirrels and repairing the places they were getting in.
