Nobody do a really good job and no problems but in November of this year, I’m sorry 2025 your service man used his hose around the edge of my patio and he accidentally pulled my grill off the patio and basically destroyed it. It’s a Traeger style grill $650 grill has been all the hell and messed up

I’m very disappointed with the recent service. The technician did not remove the mud daubers’ nest and instead asked me to clear it myself. What’s the point of hiring a pest control company if the technician won’t perform the necessary work? The first technician who serviced my home did a very thorough and satisfactory job, but every technician after that has failed to meet the same standard.

I wasn't home when Bailey got to my house. He had called and said that he would be 30 minutes. I was next door. When I walked back over to my house, he was going through the gate. He said no one was home . Which was fine. But what has me upset is. 1. Never told me when he was leaving. 2. I don't really know what he did. 3. Some of the green termite things in the ground were not changed. (I'll take pictures) 4. There was a board blocking my gate so my dogs wouldn't get out that he failed to put back. And with us not knowing he had left nor he hadn't put the board back against the gate. We let our dogs out and our chihuahua got out and ran across the street. He could've been hit. So with all that being said...I'm not happy with Bailey.

Please ask the technician to spray and knock down wasp nest. I had to spray this one with 5 hornets on it then knock it down. Isn't that the pest control service I pay for?

You people do not do your jobs. The tech is supposed to call 39 minutes b4 he comes. I spoke to your office Friday & I was told she would make sure the technician knows to call. He just did the outside. I have fleas inside & at the backyard i needed sprayed. I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE. YOUR OFFICE CANNOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. I WAITED FOR THE CALL OR TEXT BUT DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. HE IS RUSHING TO GO HOME BECAUSE IT'S A SATURDAY. IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOU SCHEDULED HIM WHEN HE WANTED A DAY OFF. JUST BECAUSE YOU DO RETREAT IT DOES NOT MEAN HE DOES NOT HAVE TO DO THE JOB THE SAME DAY HE DOES THE QUARTERLY JOB. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THAT LADY LAST FRIDAY WHAT I NEEDED DONE. HOW MANY TIMES DO WE ASK YOU TO DO THE INSIDE?? NOT ALL TH E TIME, BUT THE TIME I REQUESTED TO GET INSIDE DONE, YOU NEVER DO IT. ***THERE IS A MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOUR PERSONNEL THAT YOU NEED TO WORK ON & YOUR TECHNICIANS TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. I WAITED ALL DAY FOT THAT CALL OR TEXT THAT THE TECH IS ON HIS WAY SO I CAN MEET HIM. ALL DAY!!! I ALSO CALLED SATURDAY & LEFT A VM ABOUT THE ETA OF THE TECH. I KNOW YOU WILL JUST BE LISTENING TO MY VM ON MONDAY. WE HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR YEARS ON MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. WHERE'S THE LOYALTY CONSIDERATION THERE!!! ARE YOU GETTING TOO BIG THAT YOU DON'T NEED OUR BUSINESS NOW! I HOPE THIS IS A LEARNING.

I made arrangements to spray inside our home. Your window to show up was 12 to 3. We waited until 5 and you never showed up. A text would have been nice. When can you return to treat the inside?? We hv a 2 Scorpions killed in the house this past week.
