Trace is absolutely awesome! He came to my home and took care of a very scary wasp situation. Nests and all. Then treated the entire exterior of my home. He did a fantastic job for a fair price. He's also a very nice guy and he doesn't pressure you into services you don't need. I really appreciate that and highly recommend him.

This is such a great company! We’ve been using them for several years. They come every quarter. Bill, the owner, is extremely professional. Since we are surrounded by woods, occasionally we’ll have an issue with bugs, but Bill is always responsive in coming out between our quarterly service, if needed. Bill is very knowledgeable and a good Christian man. His son will sometimes do the quarterly service and he is a wonderful young man!

We’ve lived in Huntsville 3 years and moved to San Antonio area almost 6 years ago and Bill has taken care of our pest control the entire time. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable about whatever pests you are dealing with and easy to work with when schedules get hectic. His pricing for services don’t break the bank either. Bill has taken care of our home for years, he is always so kind and professional and always makes sure we are bug free! Could not recommend him enough!

We had a general extermination completed and we have never had someone complete the service so thoroughly. They took their time to clean out spider webs and brush our house down. We have already found tons of dead roaches outside.

I had a couple cottonmouths at my house and Trace came right out to check for nests and activity. I highly recommend him for all your residential, commercial, restaurant, or industrial pest control needs. He’s the best!

Christian came and sprayed for us and we were pleased. Received correspondence for the next appointment. Called to reschedule. Christian said he would call back after checking schedule. Never heard back and voicemail is full. Thought maybe something happened that he was unable to work or answer his phone. Now I see a review from a week ago. Guess he blew us off. I don’t understand how you keep a business going when you treat a customer like this.

The Huntsville gentleman came out to my house for German roaches and sprayed. He informed me that I may not see a big change for up to 6 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks and there has not been a change at all. I’ve called multiple times to get him back on it and I have left a voicemail with no response.. definitely feels like I got scammed by the hat is supposed to be a legitimate business. Would not recommend to anyone due the business not responding and not having results. When I had the first service done I received a email stating I had 6 months for a respray. Just know you will not receive it if you use this business..
