Ken placed traps for squirrels doing damage in our attic… took a little while but didn’t give up until we got them. Very satisfied!

Bug State came out and made everything right. I was very happy with the service and I will be using them again.

They came out and did a termite treatment on a home that I had just purchased as a precautionary and I also signed up for them to do quarterly treatments on my home. After handing them over more $1100ish to cover this, I never heard from them again. They never showed up to spray my house again, and I was told by several other people that the termite treatment that they did was not done correctly. Needless to say I was very unhappy with them. I decided not to even bother calling them and asking them why they hadn't showed up to do my quarterly spraying, even after I had payed the initial fee for quarterly service.
