I have been with Ken's Extermination since the 1970's so this review is a long time coming! Ken himself sprayed the first few years and then Jeff Kirby took over my house. He was just a teenager when he started but he took his job very seriously and always did a good job. Always on time, very professional and service friendly. Jeff now owns Ken's Extermination Company. I have never had a bug problem in all the years they have been coming, were talking close to 50 years. I recently discovered I needed Ken's to take care of a house problem I never expected. Within a week they had done the inspection and then the treatment. Patrick Kirby explained to me what was done so I could understand and he assured me if anything came up or if I had any other questions I could call him. This was very reassuring and I really appreciate this offer! If you need the services of an exterminator I highly recommend Ken's Extermination. In my eyes they are the best!

I used Ken's Exterminating from 1976 to 2013 for business and home for termite yearly and both for monthly treatment for bugs. I was always amazed at the huge ring of keys Ken had and he knew which key fit who's house or business. Great Company.

Shout out to Ken’s, Exterminating Company in Smyrna Tennessee. If anyone has ever had springtails in your home you know how hard it is living in the south to get rid of them. I would like to tell you there is no other company you need to call. Patrick who is my technician is truly wonderful! For two weeks he has been working from the attic to inside, outside, the yard and underneath to get rid of these annoying bugs. Patrick, thank you so much. I am so grateful. Kens Exterminating is locally owned and operated. It is a family business and they treat each and every client as if they are their own family. If you’re looking for a quality service from a family who genuinely cares you’ve came to the right place!

Requested an inspection and treatment. Found some active termites inside detached garage. They came right away. Probably about 15 minutes from time called. They setup appointment for treatment within a couple days. Technician called when he was about 30 minutes out. He arrived surveyed activity and proceeded with treatment. He was finished in about an hour. Great response and very friendly.

Responded quickly to my phone call for help. Friendly great service at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Ken's has serviced my home in LaVergne for almost 3 years. They did my pest certificate when I was closing on my home. I had a good first impression and stayed with them. Austin F. has been my technician for most of that time, and he is the best. We had a black ant problem (picnic, I think?) the first year and within a few months they were gone. Austin is very courteous and has answered all my questions and asked all the right follow-up questions with each quarterly visit. I think I've only made one or two calls in between the scheduled visits, and both were within the first year with the ants. I haven't had any pest issues at all!

They work for my apartment complex. I asked if I needed to do anything else before I left and the guy said everything was good. Then I got an eviction notice saying he couldn't treat it that day (so the guy lied, I would've done whatever was needed for him to work) and last week was counted as not treated even though he did treat the first round. The job was done. No more bedbugs, yet I'm having to relocate now.

Prior to moving to a new house, my technician advised me that my contract would simply be transferred to my new residence. After the move, he stopped communicating. My technician refused to answer my calls and would not respond to my texts. The office would not return my phone calls. After six months, a new technician finally came to my house and quoted me a new price that was over double my contract price. He demanded $280 up front to form a new contract, and refused to service my home.
