Absolutely would recommend. They do exceptional job. Been using them for years.

We’ve been with Absolute since 2016 in our first home and moved their service with us to our new home in 2020. The entire team has been exceptional to work with over the years. They always provide a thorough explanation of the steps they take around your home. And when we need a visit in-between our bi-monthly treatments, they are always responsive and send our technician out ASAP to address the pest issue.

Their operator Shannon is as patient as three stones. Super helpful and will get you whatever answers you need. Pleasant experience all around.

Best pest control company ever! I started using APC when they were still a very new company. I stuck with them up until this past summer when we moved to Ohio. If I could have taken one company from Tennessee with me it would have been them! They treat you like family, there's really no better way to say it.

When I talk with the owner everything looks good, but after second paymente they're don't care so becafore everyone they're want just the money. I'm not recommended

We’ve used they folks for our termite letters and all of our personal home treatments for years and can’t say enough great things about them. From a professional standpoint they make working with them very easy and never disappoint. They’re very dependable. From a personal standpoint they’re great people and I love running into them at our inspections.

Driving on Lee victory at 7.30 am on October 28th and one of their drivers cut me off then continued to honk. Very unprofessional company would never hire them.

The ABSOLUTE worst company to use. They mistreat the workers and make promises they do not keep. ALL they care about is money. They always reschedule or show up late because they cannot keep workers , because of how they treat them !! Do not believe the 5 star reviews they get their families and friends to leave good reviews!!

Not responsive

This is a great local company that we highly recommend. They are very responsive, friendly, thorough, honest, reasonably priced, and organized. Travis had come out several months ago when we had just moved in and gave us a quote for service. We weren't able to initiate services at that time, but reached back out a few months later to begin and I'm sure glad we did. Their office staff is responsive and demonstrates great customer service. Travis, the owner, went above and beyond in his service to our home and is so friendly and honest. We used this company for a termite inspection and treatment on a shed and for our monthly maintenance services. I love supporting local small businesses and Absolute Pest Control is the best in the area for extermination services.

May want to hire someone who can actually drive. I was in my driveway waiting for kids to get off bus, and one of your cars speeds through the STOP sign even with the bus pulled up and the lights flashing! Thankfully the bus driver saw your driver was not even think of slowing down, and didn't let the kids off the bus til he passed.

Their spray never works!
