We’ve been using Pestech Pest Control since 2009 and have received excellent service, primarily because it’s a small privately owned company, and not a national conglomerate. I stopped by their office yesterday to pay a bill and asked a termite inspection thinking it might be scheduled within a couple weeks. The service manager offered to come by the next day! He did and we weren’t charged. I highly recommend Pestech.

We recently started service with Pestech and have been so happy! They are so responsive, thorough and diligent. We are so happy we went with them!

Jason, my Maryville service technician, was so incredibly patient and diligent in helping me identify an infestation. He guided me on what to look for, what to listen for and readily shared helpful information. Finding the entry point, identifying the insect and treating it gave me a huge sense of relief. He is, by far, my best experience with Pestech!

Very unprofessional business. The tech showed up without calling and when I called the office administrator, she was unapologetic and hung up on me. They now claim they do not offer inside services even though we have had two previous interior treatments. The communication is terrible and I would not recommend.

Should not have to pay for a retreat. If it was done right the first time, there would be no reason to do it again. 3 straight years of carpenter bee treatment and all 3 had to be retreated. Either the technician wasn’t thorough or the chemical doesn’t work. Switching my business to someone who will do it right the first time or stand behind their work. Follow up: Pestech has now sent me a “reprimand” and threatened to send me to collections over the retreat where they didn’t do the job right the first time around. They also said they didn’t “appreciate my review.” Well Pestech, I don’t appreciate you charging me for a job not done correctly. You have been paid, but I hope that my review causes you to lose more money than the $85 I paid.

I called Pestech about yellow jackets in our siding and they came out the next morning and solved the problem for a good price

Jason is the best!🥰 always so nice and very professional 😊 he even brought treats for my two little Chihuahuas, even though they bark at him the whole time he's here😂.

I have had this service for a year and two months. I've never had any problems with creatures until I saw a roach bug the other day. After I killed it, I drove to the business to report the bug and show the picture of it. The lady took down my information and send it to the field rep. I have not heard back from them.

Have used Pest Tech for over 20 years. They do a great job.

The food was good but the service was horrible. Our waitress barely came around and when she did she had a attitude. My husband sat there and ate half of his cheeseburger without ketchup because she was not to be seen. I needed more ranch dressing for my salad and I had to sit there. When my husband finally got to ask her for the items she had a attitude when she brought them back to the table. Almost like she was throwing it at you. Like don't bother me. I asked my husband if he would come back and he said NO! I said, that the food was good but the waitress was bad. This was our first time going there. She probably needs to retire and not be a waitress if you are going to treat customers like that.

Jason with Pestech was fantastic! Knowledgeable, respectful, and honest, I will call him again for any future issues! My yellow jackets are gone!

We’ve been using Pestech for something like 8 years now and they’ve been nothing but wonderful. Jason is incredible. Very thorough when spraying the exterior of our house quarterly. He also knocks down the spider webs. We haven’t ever seen a bug inside, and hardly any outside while using them. Highly recommend!

I have had problems with ants for 10 years. I have tried and used everything through Google. At the recommendation of a friend I called Pestech. The woman that answered was very nice and professional. The manager I spoke to was wonderful. Seth the I'll call him the engineer called in 30 minutes. He came out the very next morning, calling before coming. Seth took time explaining what he was going to do and what will happen in the next couple of weeks. Seth went beyond and way above in spraying and explaining. Please ignore the bad reviews, give this place a chance. Seth will be back next month. I look forward to no ants inside and out. Thank you Seth, thank you Pestech!!

Technician “David” cancelled our initial appointment with late notice because it was raining (!?!?). When I asked when we could reschedule, his response was “I’ll get back to you“. Days later With no contact, I called the office and was told, “David will text you when he’s ready”. I finally got a call from David proposing another appointment several days into the following week. When I shared that his lagging was holding up a building project at my home, he responded that he didn’t understand how he could be holding things up?!?! Obviously no sense of urgency. Save yourself some time and call Froggs.

I wish I could share a good review.. unfortunately I cannot. The problem lies with the product itself and the lack of communication in the office staff. Paid $150 for spray of carpenter bees that did nothing to deter the bees. We called the office to report the bees had not been stopped at all.. the office staff, do not remember her name, simply said she would let our Tech know. They never informed us or discussed that another $75 would be charged to us until we received a bill!! And guess what? We STILL HAVE THE BEES! I am sorry but for TWO HUNDRED and TWENTY FIVE dollars there shouldn't be a bee anywhere near my home. How awful not inform the CUSTOMER of any extra charges due BEFOREHAND! Never again will I use this company.

Pestech had a Man on My Account, when I would ask about certain items he was Great. Then they hired another guy very sharp with his answers. I asked him to spray inside the house and he refused to stating “ his company ( Pestech ) is not a inside spraying company, they spray outside only”. It would have been incredible if they would disclose this up front instead of waiting til there are problems. I don’t recommend them unless you have a playground you want sprayed.

Called no response

We had Pestech come and do a carpenter bee treatment. The tech had trouble with the back pack and had to leave and come back. When he came back he did not know how to use the backpack and had to have someone come and show him how it worked. Within 10 days of the treatment we were swarmed with bees. I called the office and was told the tech would call back shortly. 3 days later I called again - the tech called back and said he would check his schedule and call as soon as he got to the next driveway. That was last week - so he must be on a long drive. We called the office to cancel additional services. I am out the cost of the treatment and looking for another company.

We had used Pestech for over 5 years. Always had great service. The man who came every month semi-retired and a new person took over. The service went downhill from there and on our last treatment, he sprayed the glass on our windows and did not do a complete treatment. We were charged full price. When we called to complain, we were told that their man didn't do the things that we said and that they would just cancel our service. No mention of "making it right" or trying to retain a multi-year customer.... Just terminated our account. This kind of response will see them out of business soon. Pestech, like every other company, needs to realize that all they have to sell is customer service. What we received was the worst customer service that I have ever received from any company.

I had a multi unit apartment building treated by this company. My tenant called less than two weeks after the treatment with the same problem. I reached out to the manager to work out a long term plan and was threatened and treated very rudely. We will pay our invoice for the treatment to fulfill our obligation and will need to hire a new company to complete the job.

While I have used Pestech for several years not only for my personnel house, but also for investment properties I own, I finally had to find a new pest control company. Not only was the lady rude when I tried to inquire about the billing, but they had no interest in trying to keep a customer happy or doing their job correctly. So now they have lost three accounts, and I now have a new pest company willing to make things right
