Their guy Floyd has been treating our property in Madisonville for a couple of years now. It’s been awesome. He’s a great guy. But folks, They are not there to clean your house and remove webs. I’m sure if you ask them, they might remove a web or nest. . But They are there to kill and stop production of new bugs.

I have used Foothills Pest Control for monthly pest control for years They are the best. My current contact, Brad, is fantastic to work with!! On time, professional, and can tell a difference in mosquitoes within 2 weeks after!

They came out to spray, he was on time, and very professional and knowledgeable.

Had them come out to spray for spiders. The first tech that came out spent less then ten minutes and didn’t bother to clean any of them up. Two days later service manager and another tech came out, they did a pretty decent job outside but left every single spider and spider web inside the first tech missed inside. I’m not kidding, not one single web or spider was taken care of inside. And there’s a lot, it’s not like they just missed one in a corner here and there. Literally every crook and cranny in this house has webs or spiders. It’s a property we are renovating and I explained the importance of the inside being treated because we didn’t want complaints of pests in the house, so they were made aware of the situation and what was expected. My invoice says the inside was treated, but I can’t tell. I sent photos to said service manager and never got a response. But they were more than happy to take my $300 check. If you are just looking for maintenance I’m sure they’re good, but if you have an existing problem that actually needs someone to do a thorough job I’d look else where.
