Orkin loaded this damaged bait station and killed my beloved cat Caesar. I made it clear at commencement of service that I have several cats. I was assured the equipment was safe for them. After my cat died, I read up on the use of the Protecta LP bait station. These bait stations are supposed to be staked to the ground when cats have access. Orkin did not stake them down. I had them come out for 2 services, call the office 4 times between May 29th and July 23rd - Bree failed to pass my complaints on Kevin her service manager. I spoke to Kevin today and of course I was upset - he said I was being rude fair ok I check my attitude, well at that point he was raising his voice and not listening - so we got no where. ALSO, I asked him to listen to my previous phone calls, because this morning when I called the maryville office it stated that ALL PHONE CALLS ARE RECORD

I constantly ask for them to only perform service when I or my wife are at the residence to assure it is actually done and to ensure we get indoor service as well, and schedule times as such. However, they never arrive in that time window and should they come early or late complete the service only for the outside and charge my card. I’ve asked multiple times for my card only to be charged when we sign off on service and no service to be completed without an adult in premises. It’s getting worse
