Truly Nolen Pest Control

While it is never a good day when you realize you have termites, however, Truly Nolen has done a good job for us. Rob Tobey came out to perform the inspection and did a good job of explaining the issues and options that we had. Once we decided to move forward, Rick Burgess came out and did the needed work. Rick was very friendly and courteous, as well as careful to clean up after he was done. He was able to explain the process when I had questions and showed me what was done. While I sure hope I never had termite issues again, I am thankful that I called Truly Nolen to do the work, and feel that Rob and Rick did a great job for us.

We had a termite situation that required immediate attention and the folks at Truly Nolen were prompt, attentive and did a wonderful job and it just took less than one day. We were extremely satisfied with the job!

This company is fantastic and they exterminate all of our insects. They also did our attic insulation and encapsulated our crawlspace. I would choose to pay for this service over my internet bill. I would give 7.5 stars if I could. Kevin is the best. Ask him about his cereal recipe. Would definitely recommend.

From the contact person, Mikael, who is outstanding, to the technicians Rick and Rain, I could not be more satisfied. They are so professional, and highly qualified. Anytime I asked them something, "sir" was the first word out of their mouth. I would highly recommend them if you need a job done right with excellent follow-up.

We were thrilled with the service that Robert Tobey provided when he came to inspect our property by Flat Hollow Marina. He identified the openings where the racoon(s) have gained access to the roof over our covered porch. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and inspected our attic to ensure that the racoon hadn't breached yet. He spent time helping me to understand the trapping process and how they would cover the openings to avoid future entry (as much as possible). We contracted for the services and look forward to eliminating any further damage and "tenants" moving in. I highly recommend having him come to inspect your property and advise on the right services.

Dustin was very informative and helpful with all my questions. Dustin also gave extra information about how to prevent further infestation. Dustin answered and performed in a very professional manner. I would recommend Dustin or Dillon for any Truly Nolan service. Dillon was the previous attendant for the 2 prior visits. Dillon and Dustin are both 5 star employees. Allison at the office was so nice great person communicative in every way. Truly Nolan has the best staff I have encountered.
