I definitely wouldnt recommend brooks to anyone. Our pest issue is still the same. They never fixed it! There was times i would speak with the receptionist and then I would speak with a higher up and I would get two totally different stories. If not, three different stories when they would send me to somebody else there was times that I was told that I wouldn’t have to make an appointment they would make the appointment and then when I called when they hadn’t showed up in over two months, I was

While it is never a good day when you realize you have termites, however, Truly Nolen has done a good job for us. Rob Tobey came out to perform the inspection and did a good job of explaining the issues and options that we had. Once we decided to move forward, Rick Burgess came out and did the needed work. We were thrilled with the service that Robert Tobey provided when he came to inspect our property by Flat Hollow Marina. He identified the openings where the racoon(s) have gained access to the roof over our covered porch. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and inspected our attic to ensure that the racoon hadn't breached yet. Dustin was very informative and helpful with all my questions. Dustin also gave extra information about how to prevent further infestation. Dustin answered and performed in a very professional manner. I would recommend Dustin or Dillon for any Truly Nolan service. Dillon was the previous attendant for the 2 prior visits. I have used Brooks Pest Control for YEARS, they are friendly, same man always comes “not like others who send a different person every time”, they are professional, honest, and if I see a problem arise they will come in between visits to treat. Darren was great (then retired) now Cody is our tec… just as nice and they do a fantastic job. The office girls are helpful and would definitely recommend.
