Literally every single review says “we don’t have you listed as a customer” on the reply by owner. HAHA. Either they’re lying or they have a terrible system. Either way, bad company. 0/10. Do not use

Good morning Ms. Henson, if the reviews say we don't have you listed as a customer it is because they are not a customer, and you are not listed as a customer. There is another Brooks Pest Control/Brooks Pest Solutions in California, Utah, Texas, Tennessee, and probably in other states, them having the same/similar name has caused a lot of confusion with the public in general thinking we are the same company. We are NOT affiliated with them in any way; they are a totally different company. We are locally owned and operated, we only service portions of the East Tennessee area Campbell, Morgan, Anderson, Roane, Scott, Knox, and Claiborne counties. We have been in business for close to 50 years and you don't stay in business that long with being a "bad company" we take pride in our service, and our main priority is making sure our customers are taken care of.

As a verified customer of this company (because they like to discredit all of the negative reviews) they were disrespectful and force you to do an annual contract before they will work with you. I do not recommend this company

Mr. Krohn, sorry you are having a problem with your pest control company. We do not have you listed as a customer with our company. We are locally owned and operated out of Campbell County, TN we are NOT affiliated with any other Brooks Pest Control Company. There is another company in area with a very similar name causing a lot of confusion with customers thinking we are the same company, WE ARE NOT. I definitely wouldnt recommend brooks to anyone. Our pest issue is still the same. They never fixed it! There was times i would speak with the receptionist and then I would speak with a higher up and I would get two totally different stories. If not, three different stories when they would send me to somebody else there was times that I was told that I wouldn’t have to make an appointment they would make the appointment and then when I called when they hadn’t showed up in over two months, I was told by the receptionist I had to call and make the appointment and then spoke to higher up and he said that the receptionist was wrong and then they want to sit and argue with you When you’re frustrated and they pretty much try to tell you that your lying about the stuff that you’re saying then and a bunch more I don’t recommend to anybody!!!!

I have used Brooks Pest Control for YEARS, they are friendly, same man always comes “not like others who send a different person every time”, they are professional, honest, and if I see a problem arise they will come in between visits to treat. Darren was great (then retired) now Cody is our tec… just as nice and they do a fantastic job. The office girls are helpful and would definitely recommend.
