Excellent job and price

Some birds moved in to my upstairs exhaust vent after the cover fell off, and Josh from Scenic City Wildlife was able to come check it out the same day I called. He immediately knew the type of birds, and how they behaved. He used a camera to scope out the nest and thankfully there were no baby birds and he could patch it up as soon as the birds left. He was professional, knowledgeable, a good communicator and I would definitely recommend his service!

I learned I had some furry flying friends/bats hanging out in my attic vents. I called a couple companies for quotes to safely remove them and almost fell over on some, Josh was the lowest. I’m a very handy female and like to do things myself to save $$ and boost ego. Ex. replace garage door motor, drain pump on washing machine, damper assembly in refrigerator when it stopped cooling. I attempted to handle this issue myself. I tried climbing inside attic & spraying peppermint oil on the wood around all the vents & to my surprise when I looked 2 days later all the bats were gone from both attics. I was trying to hurry & get screens up on the outside before they came back. I’m not afraid of heights but when I got to the top of my 24 ft ladder leaning against the house & still not quite reaching I came to the decision it would be better idea & cheaper to pay a professional then to pay for trip to ER falling off the ladder so I put my big ego aside and called Josh again to ask for help. Amazingly he squeezed me into his schedule same day and got my vents screened. I feel so much better knowing they can’t get back in. He was professional and knowledgeable, responded quickly, & on time. I would use again & will recommend.

Josh went above and beyond with his service for me! Noticed my gutter was coming off my house and fixed it voluntarily for me to prevent it from making anything worse. He had great communication with me, especially since I could not be there when he came out. Took videos and explained everything thoroughly over text with me. We had a strong skunk odor under our screened porch and in the yard at night. We have two schnauzers, so we were hoping to avoid an eventual run in. Josh Creech came out and quickly determined that some critters were coming and going under our back porch. Fortunately, they weren't home that day. Josh block off all entry points using scrap lumber and bricks we had. Then he set up a trail camera at the only remaining entry/exit point. When he returned a few days later, turned out an opossum had made an exit early that morning. He advised us on reinforcing the entry point to keep out both skunks and opossums. The fee was very reasonable, and Josh is extremely pleasant to deal with. He came highly recommended by several people in our neighbourhood. It is wonderful when a professional is punctual, personable and professional. Josh Creech and Scenic City Wildlife are Hamilton County's "go to" service for dealing with wildlife!

I am currently 7 months pregnant and my husband and I heard something in our attic and under our bathtub. Josh came out immediately and within 24 hours caught the squirrel and is taking care of some mice that also tried to nest up there as well. Super stressful considering the squirrel ripped through the side of our house to make its way to the attic. But Josh has handled everything quickly and efficiently. I was quoted a price from a company before calling him and they wanted to charge me THREE TIMES MORE than what Josh quoted us. It’s safe to say the choice was obvious and he delivered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Josh was great. He was able to come to my house in just a couple of hours after I called. He knew exactly how to deal with the squirrel in my chimney by hanging a rope down into it so it could climb out - which it did. He even made some minor repairs to my house and secured the guard on my chimney. The squirrel is gone and it should not happen again.

Calling Scenic City Wildlife was the best decision we could have made! Josh was great to work with. He was professional, experienced and always touched base with us each day. Had a squirrel that moved into our basement and after 2 months of trying everything we called the experts. Within 3 days he had trapped the squirrel as well as removing it from our property. Even installed a metal strip to cover the exposed gap under our porch to protect from any other animals. Highly recommend.
