He was very kind, extremely patient (he waited around a whole hour for us to find a hiding cat, and even pitched in to help), knowledgeable in his trade, and got the job done in one visit. We knew we wanted this type of service without a contract like many other places because we didn't have an infestation so much as we wanted to get ahead of a problem. We had a strong skunk odor under our screened porch and in the yard at night. We have two schnauzers, so we were hoping to avoid an eventual run in. Josh Creech came out and quickly determined that some critters were coming and going under our back porch. Fortunately, they weren't home that day. I am currently 7 months pregnant and my husband and I heard something in our attic and under our bathtub. Josh came out immediately and within 24 hours caught the squirrel and is taking care of some mice that also tried to nest up there as well. Super stressful considering the squirrel ripped through the side of our house to make its way to the attic. But Josh has handled everything quickly and efficiently.
