Excellent service! We love our technician Mr. Bill Lovan. Always does a great job! He is also always courteous to our residence and does a thorough job. We are very happy with our service that he provides from Terminix.

Another year with Courtney inspecting our property to ensure our Centricon was working to keep our home subterranean termite free. Such a pleasure talking to her. She had a smile on her face despite the heat index of 100+. She provided me a verbal update & pictures. Terminix is one of the few places that covers your property should they find termite damage while under contract using the Centricon Bait Stayions.

The technician was professional and let us know immediately that he was on the church grounds. He also clarified which buildings he was to inspect, as we have a school on our campus as well. The product they use is effective, but if there is a problem, they always let us know immediately.

If you want a good respectful bug company to take care of your home this is the place! I rely on Terminix to keep my home safe from termites, bugs of all sorts and everything that does not belong in my home. The service folks are the best. They are responsive and are always on time. They explain what they are doing and always answer all my questions. Great people work there!!

My first review was great job. I've came back a year later to update. Don't use Terminex your wasting your time and money! This is my story. I've been trying to get a service appointment for my dehumidifier that you guys installed less than a year ago that is sitting in my crawl space that you guys also incapacitated for us. The dehumidifier stopped working 2 1/2 weeks ago I've had 4 appointments made with the Columbia TN office and not one person showed up. I even received a call back from your escalation department with an appointment they made for me and still nobody shows up. We paid 10k to get that job done less than a year ago paid off .That's just problem number 1 the second problem is Saturday morning I woke up to a brown Recluse bite on my chest while sleeping (ON MY CHEST!) By the time I went to urgent care for treatment it had turned into MRSA and now I'm currently on antibiotics for the bite but here's the best part I PAID FOR YOU GUYS TO GET RID OF THEM! That was another almost 3k and I'm on a service contract for the dehumidifier and spider spraying. So I'm beyond pissed! First off I would like a response I'll send my info or you can just look up my last name. I'm going to find another exterminator for sure and I would like my contracts refunded or get this crap fixed. Oh and by they way I FIXED MY OWN DEHUMIDIFIER!

I do not normally post any kind of reviews. However, I am so tired of businesses wanting to take my money, but only when it’s convenient for them. I had an appointment on Saturday between one and 3 PM. This appointment was scheduled on Thursday, so it had been scheduled for two days. On Saturday morning received a call from Jarred wanting to come On Saturday morning rather than at my appointment time. Told him at that time that I could not do that. Said OK that someone would be here between one and 2 PM. Then at 10:30 AM I got another call from him, again wanting to change the appointment. Said he had no one that could come between one and two and That he couldn’t come because he had something going on with his son. So he wanted to come within the next 30 minutes. I guess people think that I don’t have anything else to do, but change my life around their schedule. If I had not needed an afternoon appointment, I would not have set it up that way to begin with! So for some reason, it became my problem to fix his problem. Initially, I said, OK, but then, when I realized how many hoops I was going to have to jump through, in order to make it easy for him, I called him back and told him to forget it. Apparently, he didn’t need my business, which I’m sure was going to be a few thousand dollars. If he needed to reschedule this appointment, he should have at least called me by the day before. I’m sure in reality, he just needed to get off work early for whatever reason. Just sick of businesses thinking the customers Work for them rather than the business working for the customer. Always happy to take your money, but only when it’s convenient for them.

Knowledgeable and professional technician. Explained and showed pictures of our basement..but my humidity after servicing is now 63%. This is too high and will grow mold!

Shannon is great technician. I can always depend on him to be sure I am free of “creepy-crawlers “!
