Ok, first experience with Bert's. My initial contact email.was sent to inquire on services. Sent after hours, but I received an immediate response from the owner. We exchanged a couple messages and he said I'd be contacted the next day. Meagan contacted me as promised the next morning and got me scheduled for the very next day. Their rates are awesome and the process was so simple. Our technician TC came out today after texting me stating he was on his way. TC is wonderful!! So very kind, respectful, efficient, amazing communication skills. I am beyond impressed and pray Bert's is always and forever in business, because I don't ever want to use another exterminator service! Thanks for an amazing initial experience! Could not more highly recommend this business!! Way to set the standard super high!! ❤️1

Not sure what happened to this business, but we were on a quarterly cycle. They were supposed to come out a few months ago, but every time I've tried to contact them, it goes straight to voicemail. Would have liked to have some form of communication from the business about scheduling, but now with having some little bugs coming in the house, we're unfortunately having to go with another pest control. I really appreciated the guy who came out the only two times so far with the company. Not sure of his name, but he was a wonderful employee.

Polite and got rid of the ants

I had a ground based yellow jacket nest that Bert's Pest Control treated. I was very happy with the results and the charge was very fair. I appreciated that someone would still come out without a contract for a fair rate. I have also used them for ants in the past and they took care of them without issue.

TC is a great employee here! He has done an inspection for my husband and I and scheduled us really quickly. I was able to message him again to get a termite treatment on a new home and he brought it to Bert’s attention and Bert scheduled us really quickly and even went early to treat. We will always use Bert’s for any pest control.

Very thorough and responsive to concerns

I called Bert today about a rodent issue in our rental unit. He was extremely helpful on the phone. He took the time to answer my questions and helped to confirm my thoughts of the best plan of action. While my issue doesn't need Bert's services this time, I will definitely call him if/when I need them.

His Workers Driving Skills Sucks almost caused a wreck by not giving Turn Signals and not having Brake Lights on the Truck

Was not pleased with interaction with my father and his home as I’m his caregiver . Was at work when company arrived to do a quick sweep and took check and left. It will be last 85$ from this residence.

Inspections never met standard. Take your business elsewhere, if you know the first thing about customer satisfaction.

Horrible. Bert did my termite inspection on home purchase. Clearly visible termite damage on window seal, Bert marked no damage visible. removing seal revealed entire wall eat up. Bert offered an apolgy, will not stand by his letter. Use someone else.
