The technician explained the service he was about to perform and he did just what he said he would do. When he finished he let me know that he had not found any active termites but he mad sure and spread the former active area. The icing on the cake was the this was a nice young man, he was respectful of my age and disabilities, and he thanked me for letting him do the service. I am extremely pleased with today's service.

The work it self was good. But the employee that was sent was very unprofessional, he spoke poorly about my home with our neighbors while I wasn’t there. I recommend to the company they sit with this employee and explain to them what there job is and why it is not there job to talk poorly of people.
