I’m a REALTOR and Pest Detectives recently took care of one of my clients for a termite inspection. They were communicative, prompt, reasonably priced, and the reporting/payment process was easy

Punctual. Friendly. On time. What else can a girl ask for?!

I had a funky smell coming from my vents. Pest Detective rep came looked in one of three crawl space access points and said he didn't see anything. If dead rodent was present, the smell would leave when it's body dries up. My son actually went into the crawl space and found wolf rats had chewed several holes in ductwork that it actually broke in two and was sucking the funky smell from dirt floor. This is the only time I have been disappointed in my service from Pest Detectives.

Very good. James and Travis both take the time ro explain what you need to do and check very thoroughly. Have no idea where I got them. The last time I was In hotel was years ago. But thankfully pest detectives was able to rid me of them quickly.

He was very helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

They are professional, calling before arrival and arriving when expected. They are willing to answer all questions and not in an impatient or hurried way. They are extremely knowledgeable about pests and how they affect our home. Highly recommend them.

Not sure if it was from a garage sale or a recent trip to the beach but I found myself with some unwanted new roommates. Bed bugs. To say I was traumatized would be the understatement of the year.. I decided I could handle this problem by using pesticides available to the public and following a bunch of other advice i read on the internet. So wrong!! 2 weeks later and about to abandon my property altogether i realized i needed real help. James was recommended to me by another exterminator as the bed bug master of the area. I called this poor man hysterical. He assured me he would be at my house the next morning to inspect and begin any necessary treatment and he was. Exactly when he said he would might I add. He talked me through every step and was so knowledgeable I felt completely assured he was going to eradicate these creatures that turned my life upside down (and my sanity at some points) . Any time I called him with a concern or question throughout the process he answered the phone or called me back within hours. Yes, even on the weekend. I just had my 45 day follow up inspection completed and am officially free and clear of bed bugs. James if your reading this I can't thank you enough! For anyone else reading this if you have a need for an exterminator look no further . This company is phenomenal

Pest Detectives have been a good service for me. The always fit me in quickly when needing additional pest control.

I highly recommend Pest Detectives for all your pest problems. We used them at my mom's house last year to get rid of termites and called them again this year to take care of a yellow jackets nest. They worked me in to their busy schedule and had Matthew come by on his way home. He did an awesome job. Got rid of them and their nest. This is a great company and specializes in top rate customer service.

Paul came to our Greeneville home. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. We had a pest inspection and yellow jacket extermination. I had to reschedule my original appt on short notice and he was very understanding. I will highly recommend him to everyone.

Great Company James is extremely knowledgeable on all kinds of insects. Knows the proper types of chemicals to exterminate. Explains every thing in detail. Would recommend AAAAA+++++
