Waking up to learn you have unexpected house guests on a Sunday morning sent us into panic mode. We called several different companies to learn the same thing, it would be several days before we could someone out to inspect. The last number we called was no answer, I was defeated. Within minutes I had a text from the last company apologizing for missing our call and how could they help. After a quick phone call, James was in his way to our house…..ON A SUNDAY WITHIN AN HOUR OF OUR CONVERSATION. James and his handy dandy sidekick showed up professional, respectful, and friendly. After a short informative conversation they were on to evict these unwanted guests. He explained everything he was doing, what to expect and ensured we knew that if we had any further questions, we could call anytime. He dealt with our barking dogs, constant questions, and worries. They left our house the exact same way they found it and promised our problems would be non existent shortly. Not too mention Heather was more than willing to take extra steps to work with us financially and get our payments set up. So glad this is who we found! Hands down 10/10 stars highly recommend!

The best company by far! My mom had a problem with bedbugs and we had no idea where they came from. We tried everything on the market but nothing got rid of them! These guys completely took care of the problem! I would highly recommend them! Very thorough and sufficient!

When we called James for a bug infestation James was very friendly and extremly knowledgeable showing up fast with the equipment to handle our issue that day. Our agreement was a cost of $1200 cash on his first arrival and we would be satisfied either from initial treatment or follow-up treatments if necessary within a three month contract. We noticed immediately that we continued finding bugs in our daughter's bedroom and continued being bit. James then told us 20 bugs or less is not considered an infestation. We made multiple attempts during the initial contract period as well as using his company for nearly a year whenever they could get a cancelation or scheduling me weeks or months out, allowing our issues to grow. Finally we were told we would have to start a new contract for the same issue that was not resolved to begin with. Every employee has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable however our issue remains unresolved after a year...

I could not be happier with the service we received. James was extremely professional and vastly knowledgeable about the pests we were trying to eliminate. This can be such a stressful situation when it happens to you. James was so thorough in both the treatment of our house and in how he educated me on the treatment process. I would recommend him to anyone! He stands behind his work and will do whatever it takes to take care of your problem.

When my house was struck with an unfortunate pest problem, I called several companies for help. Some were exorbitantly priced, some were condescending, and I left most conversations feeling frustrated and a little hopeless. Then, I lucked out and called James. He was knowledgeable, concise, affordable, and helped us feel more confident about what we were up against. He returned to our house several times and gave us constant status updates. Our pests have been eradicated and I couldn’t be more grateful for James’ expertise and services!

During his assessment he takes the time to explain his plan of action and follow-up plan, he will not leave until you understand everything! I contacted this business for a swarm of fly’s on my front porch that came out in May and was getting inside my home and garage. James came out right away and inspected the problem and treated the fly problem immediately and came back the next day to reassess the issue. I would recommend this business to anyone who has any issues… not just bedbugs!! James was on time, fixed the problem, and follows up with the customer for the best satisfaction!! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best I give this business a 10 for good quality, good value, professional, responsive, and on time!! This business goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction!!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Our girls loved talking to him and tried to follow him around. James was polite and his customer service is definitely a 10/10. We will have him come back quarterly and spray around outside in the future.
