These are amazing people they have made my yard amazing and I've got a lot comments on my yard

My family reached out several times in December 2025 and January 2026 to schedule service for my yard. Each time I was told they were coming. I waited and no one ever showed up. No call, no text, no update. Can someone please make some changes and provide better service? I waited a couple more weeks and still heard nothing. I’m going elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this.

I have contacted Julio 3 times, all in the months of October/November 2024, to come fertilize our yard where he planted the grass when our home was built. He kept telling me, I'll be there, I'll be there. Well, here it is February and no Lawn Doctor. I think this is the worst ran company out there. So, if you don't want to show up after you tell me you will, then I'm going to tell everyone else how horrible your business is and has become. NO EXCUSE JULIO! 2/15/2025: So, I want to elaborate on this review. I received a call from Julio about this review stating that he was sorry and that they just got very busy. There's no excuse for that Julio and there's nothing that can be done. I'll have to find someone else to work on my yard. I will also make sure everyone knows how you (your representative) responded on this review. Totally unprofessional! SO, im not sure who this "Daniel" kid is, but the bottom line is that if you came out to my home and did work here, I should be in your system. If im not, the IRS needs to be notified that you are doing work that under the table. Secondly, the owner admits the mistake made here so why are YOU commenting on this review. You are lucky that you work for him, because I'd FIRE you if you did something like this on my business page when the owner has already contacted me regarding the matter. I don't want any of you near my property. WHAT A JOKE! And , I've taken pictures of this review so it does not matter if its removed! Also, if you contact someone in reference to completing work at your home and they tell you they are coming, I expect them to come... PERIOD! I don't just call someone else! What kind of company are y'all running there?

I recently hired Lawn Doctor, owned by Julio Hernandez, to care for my one-acre lawn, which is only a year old. Julio personally visited my home, walked the lawn with me, and took the time to pull small samples of grass, explaining in detail its current health and what it needed to thrive. His knowledge and professionalism were evident as he outlined a comprehensive treatment plan, including proper nutrients, fertilizers, and weed control, with multiple visits throughout this year. I appreciate his thorough approach and look forward to seeing a healthier, thicker lawn by year's end.

Very unprofessional and reckless. Driver cut me off at a light and nearly caused a wreck in the Lawn Doctor Van.

Never called me back.

They appear to do a good job and my grass looks good, but they have stopped relating on the invoice what they did. The door hanger they leave has check blocks for each service, but are not used.
