FERRAL was very professional. On time, very thorough. He respected our home and was very careful when going through our home and he made sure he wore booties.. He shared information on what he was doing and offered to answer questions. Thank you for the great service.

This company is a scam! They lied and said whatever they could to get us to sign up. They kept charging my card every month and never showed up for treatments. Then I had fraudulent activity on my card (most likely from their employee) so I had to close out my card and now they constantly harass me to make my past due payments. STAY AWAY from this pathetic excuse of a company.

Ineffective. Oh sales people and customer service are nice enough, but they are completely a failure at killing spiders. And ants etc. they come back every time I call but I don’t know if they are just using water or what, but it is ineffective. I’ve had them back, no luck. When I asked If I could get out of my contract they say it’s $240. So I guess I will just keep calling them back until April 2026 when my contract is up and maybe they will eventually get it right. I DO NOT recommend them and I WILL NOT be renewing. I would’ve thought it would be worth the $240 for not having the bad press but oh well. So don’t let their smooth talking sales guys get you on the promises. Very ineffective and tell folks you know NOT to use them.

They told use this will eliminate the carpenter bees. It does not false advertising. Do not use them if you have this issue. Say you can cancel anytime this is not true you have 3 days by the time they first come to your home the cancelation had already passed .

If you choose to cancel after that period, we simply ask that the initial discount you received be reimbursed. My wife has been trying to talk to the manager since around May of this year and keeps getting told she as in the manager would call back in 30mins and other excuses like that and my wife has not been called back once!!! And another thing is the salesman that came to our door was clearly asked by me if I was signing a contract and he stated it was a month to month deal and I was only signing to agree to let them on my property the first time to treat it!!!

This company is the most dishonest and fraudulent I have ever encountered. The young man who came to my door told every lie he could, used every deceptive tactic possible to get me to sign on. He lied about the length of the contract, as well as the number of treatments. The information on the account I signed was completely different then what would later be emailed, which we only received after getting a new card that they couldn’t bill. The young man who initially made contact created a fake email account to send the policy to rather than the valid email he was given, obviously to hide his deception. We only saw the actual policy after having the card terminated for (what I hope was) unrelated fraudulent activity. I’m not so sure at this point. Once they couldn’t bill the card they contacted us through the actual valid email address they were given, and only then did we see the scope of this scam. This wasn’t a miscommunication, this was intentional deception. I have a very hard time believing this was one rogue employee. Avoid these scoundrels!

This place is a SCAM they have charged my bank account 2 months in a row. No one has shown up. Can’t get ahold of customer service or sales. Such a terrible company. Do NOT go through these people. Absolutely disgusting

We do our best to communicate this to customers by promptly sending all agreements and follow up within 24 hours by text, email and link to a YouTube video that clearly explains our commitment to you and the payment options. Your feedback is important. If you have further details to share, please consider reaching out directly so we can assist you better.
Verdx openly and deliberately violates do-not-knock consent, ignores clearly posted ‘No Solicitation’ signs, and directly insults residents who call them out. A salesperson claimed to be the owner of the company, yet he’s nowhere to be found on their website. I wish this company the fate it deserves.

Very aggressive sales techniques. We are on the no-knock list (as are our neighbors). When we told the sales person that he is violations the no-knock list he called us weird and said that he didn’t care. Other neighbors had to get their husbands to come out to get him to leave. Would never give this company my business

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for pest, mosquito and spider and more! To be done to my house. The pest guy Brandon came out and only did spider and when I asked about fogging for the mosquitoes and putting pellets down for the other pest, etc. I was told oh yeah yeah absolutely I’m totally gonna do that. I run in the house to go pee real quick and I come back out and they are completely gone. Nothing was done whatsoever and I’ve tried to call the company several times left messages. They say they’re open till five. It’s an hour till they’re supposed to close and nobody will answer the phone. I’ve also tried to contact the pest control person just to ensure that they didn’t forget something that they weren’t coming back. I’ve called twice with no answer straight to voicemail so I know that they’re ignoring me.

Don’t use them! The contract says they’ll be back 30-45 days after the initial spray, and that never happened. When emailing them, they said I had to call to set up an appointment. When I called, no one ever answered. Left a message and it took them a week and half and threaten to stop payment before they called me back. Then the associate was very rude. If I were you, I wouldn’t use them if they come to your door….use someone else who is more reputable. May be more expensive, but well worth it!
