They email and text me everyday about a recent payment on a house I haven't lived in in a year. Apparently they've just been trespassing on someone else's property and then contacting me for payment? Unreal.

Took termite stations from my home after I canceled my subscription. I requested before removal the holes be filled with gravel which I was assured will be done per customer service. During removal all the technician did was stuff the leaves in my yard in the holes and left. I promptly called customer service and explained the issue and they assured someone would be back out to correct the issue. It has now been 3 weeks full of rainy days as to where those holes may be causing future foundation issues. As the day of this writing a technician was scheduled to arrive but never showed up but I received a text asking to rate his work for a no show. And yes I have cameras that surround my property recording 24/7 and no one arrived today.

We have coordinated with the technician's regional manager regarding the reservice appointment in which he was supposed to finish filling the holes in the yard. He has offered to accompany our technician in order to ensure without a doubt that the holes will be properly filled. We have attempted to reach you regarding the possibility of coordinating this appointment however, we have been unable to get ahold of you thus far. In addition, we do hear your concerns about these holes causing damage to the foundation of your home, a concern which we would like to treat with the utmost importance. My initial interaction has been great. Santana was open and honest about my pest issue and what it will take to get it resolved. I locked myself into a one-year plan with him for regular service. We are scheduling the day to get the hornet's nest removed. UPDATES TO FOLLOW.... I was duped by Santana! The poor technician was not prepared and not properly informed for the service I requested. Not his fault though. It was determined that this company could not remove the hornet's nest. TERRIBLE! Luckily, I got all my money back. I will not be calling this company in the future and do not recommend them.

They steal money! We received their service ONE time! We decided to cancel bc it wasn’t a cost we felt like we wanted to budget in for what we were getting. We cancelled everything. That was 4 months ago and they continue to charge our card monthly multiple times despite telling me they have removed our card information MULTIPLE times! They’ve charged us over $300 with zero services provided AFTER we cancelled with them and they “removed our card from their system” You will highly regret this bc it’s impossible to get them to stop taking your money after you no longer need their services

He did not service the back of my house. Yes I do have a gate with a lock and he knew my mom was home because she came outside to talk to him when he first got there. He never knocked on the door to ask for the gate to be unlocked.

I have No idea what service was done outside. I asked him to service the garage and he didn’t knock to tell me to close it after he had finished. The glue trap weren’t in place just tossed in the area. Unhappy customer

Poor work ethics. Seemed least interested in the work. Just brushed some spider webs and left. Hire a cleaner once 3 months I’ll say not worth it. They make you sign the contract in the start so you are stuck.

Dashawn was great very positive and helpful. He even pointed out a very large wasp nest and making arrangements for it to be removed.They totally let me down with the removal so I don’t need a pest control company that doesn’t make a way to remove pest!!

Stay away. Unfortunately I been using this company past 9 months due to 1 year contract and I can’t wait to be over with. Most of field rep is super rude and very unprofessional. They acts like they hate what they do and often in and out less than 3 minutes. I feel like I’m getting scammed by how they work and they get very offended if I tell them what area needs to be treated (I shouldn’t even ask them and they should know what to do). I’m still having spider issues since I signed up and they came numerous times. It waste my time and energy which it’s not worth it. I can’t believe this place is 4.6 ratings and I would never ever recommend to people I know. Take a chance if you want to deal with same experience that I been going through past 9 months. They won’t let you cancel until year is over.
