Ridiculous experience. I messaged specifically asking for a termite inspection. They show up this morning and tell me that they can't do a termite inspection unless i'm already a customer? What is the point of advertising for termite inspections if you don't provide those unless someone is already a customer because they're afraid people won't sign up for the service if they're told they don't have termites? We have been with All-Americain Pest Control for five years, and all of our experiences have been positive ones. We have worked mostly with Erik, and he has been great! All of the technicians have arrived on time and have alerted us to their arrival. The work has been thorough, and they always ask if we have questions or concerns. When we have noticed an issue between visits they have been able to schedule an additional one specifically for that problem. We highly recommend this company!
