Brand new customer as I just switched to them after a recommendation by my neighbor. My prior service did the spring startup which includes a back flow preventer test. A couple of weeks after start up I find water by the preventer as it had a leak. Picture perfect fixed for me at a very reasonable cost.

The attention to detail from the customer service in the office to the communication before and after the treatment is top notch. A pleasure to work with and results are terrific.

Well, I did not use their landscaping services during this past snowstorm. My family was stuck in California. I contracted Picture Perfect landscaping to shovel my driveway. PPL did a great job clearing our lot during the snow storms of 2026. Didn`t get an estimate and was very surprised by the cost. But they did a good job, they could work on being up front on the pricing.

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever delt with, from sending threatening emails about sending me to collections over an unpaid bill that I had on a system that still doesn't work and multiple other things I was advised that I could not mention in this review. Seriously people find another company DO NOT USE these guys.

The guys who came out were courteous, efficient, and seemed to know what they were doing. We had them dig out our overgrown flower beds in the front and back and they also trim some annoying plants that were growing over our backyard fence. I was pleased with what they did, I'm keeping an eye to see if any weeds or grass are going to grow back. So far it seems to be okay.
