They are very courteous, but their service is not helpful at all. It is just a waste of money. I had them for a bedbug treatment. And before they came and when she was at my house, I kept asking her whether it is guaranteed and would the bedbugs go away, she kept saying, yes. She said one treatment will do the job. When she came, it didn't take her more than three minutes, she sprayed on the carpet and on the mattress, and around the furniture and left. The next day, I vacuumed everywhere throug

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Becky has been spraying our home for a year and we just really appreciate her! She does such a thorough job. Cannot recommend Craig’s Pest Control enough. Julie is SO nice when you contact the office. We signed up for quarterly pest control and our annual termite treatment.
