Waste of money, lack of effort, not concerned for clients, still have raccoons in the attic after months

They are very courteous, but their service is not helpful at all. It is just a waste of money. I had them for a bedbug treatment. And before they came and when she was at my house, I kept asking her whether it is guaranteed and would the bedbugs go away, she kept saying, yes. She said one treatment will do the job. When she came, it didn't take her more than three minutes, she sprayed on the carpet and on the mattress, and around the furniture and left. The next day, I vacuumed everywhere throughly. I slept in my room, thinking that I would not have bedbugs again. The next morning I wake up again and I covered with bedbug bites again. So, I called them again, she came back again and sprayed again and said that this will do it. She suggested to get mattress cover, so I still kept seeing the bugs and the bites, but vacuumed and cleaned my room over and also sprayed everywhere myself to see if it will go away without calling them. And NO!! It didn't go away!! I still see bugs and bites. So, I got frustrated and called them again to see if the could come again and spray again because they had guaranteed me that it will go away and I had paid them. But after calling, they tell me that it is out of warrant period of 60 days, and that we can't come again.They suggest me to replace the bed or mattress. Well, I were to replace, why did I call you for the treatment. I had to pay them $450 for one room just so they could come and spray and not spend more than 3 minutes. It was a total waste of money!! All they do is they just come for a couple minutes, spray, and leave. I wonder how they got positive reviews on Google.
