We’ve been using Total Pest control for six years and Kris and his team are very friendly, affordable, thorough, and prompt with the time they say they’re gonna be there. I highly recommend their services!

Gene arrived right on time, as usual. Did a thorough job efficiently and explained everything he did and answered all my questions.

Gene is the best! He calls to set up our pest control appointment and always arrive at the appointed time. He checks in to ensure we are not having any issues.

Total Pest Control is a very professional, courteous, timely and much needed service here in SC. Kris is very responsive and I love that I get the option to see my invoice and pay my bill online. Gene contacts me timely to schedule our quarterly service. He is so polite and professional and loves our dogs. He is very thorough and makes sure to let us know once he has finished. Excellent customer service and top of the line products used. Proof that what they use and how they dispense it in and outside of my home has given me piece of mind.

Total Pest Control has been our “preventative” pest control go to since Dec 2023. Our service technicians have been, polite, respectful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. We've been using Total Pest Control ever since 2021/2022 in Little River. Kris does a great job with his business and has a fantastic crew (at least the one we know - Gene). Gene is always on time, does a great job identifying mysterious bugs to non-bug people like myself, is very thorough doing several passes inside and outside our house with numerous bug "bye-bye" sprays, chemicals, pesticides, whatever they need to rid the "unwelcomes". They do the entire inside of the house, as well as the outside, including garages and sheds. They don't miss anything. They will even come out between quarterly services at no charge! If you notice any pests or bugs lurking around where they shouldn't be, just give them a call and they'll be right out within days, if not hours. Really good reliable group of people. We liked them so much, we contracted them at our new home in Loris. Try them out. You won't be disappointed...the bugs may be, but you won't!

Total pest control has been great! We were having issues with palmetto bugs & ants. After the first treatment there was a huge difference! Peyton has been taking care of us -he is very thorough & does an awesome job. Highly recommend!

We had our quarterly maintenance completed today and as usual Gene was very thorough. He sprayed the both our house and yard. My wife is highly allergic to fire ants and he makes sure the yards are protected. We are very happy with our service.

The absolute best around. Andrew is very attentive to our needs. We just recently had a nest of wasps trying to set up house. I called Chris and Andrew was out witin 24hrs great customer service. Way to run an excellent business!

Chris was on point. He explained what he was using, why, and the plan to rid my bugs. He's very much a people person, was able to fit me in his schedule same day, after a busy holiday weekend, even though he had other appointments. Was thorough and organized, and priced below what I had feared, to include follow-ups as needed.
