UPDATE— I’m sorry to say that I’m no longer using this service. I tried to get the outside of my home treated, which they have done several times. However now I was informed that they will only come if they do the outside AND inside. After looking for a reliable pest control company, we thought we’d found one here. At the first visit we were informed that they normally set up clients on a bank draft. We asked that we NOT be setup that way as we pay all our bills through e-pay with our bank. The tech assured us his office would call to make these arrangements...they never did. Instead they began doing unauthorized bank drafting. When we called again to request to pay through our bank’s e-pay, the owner basically told us “too

I’m a customer leaving, so you can assume that my rating has lowered based on my results. I have been a customer since 2020, service was reduced by half in 2022 (I went from inside/outside to one or the other for the same price.) I am sure the issue is that I am not always at the home during service, but it’s not worth what it was. I’m not willing to pay twice as much for the same service and it isn’t what it was before. Termite service is awesome.
