Just to let people know I’m sharing my story about this company! !PLEASE DO NOT use RIDD PEST CONTROL COMPANY. We was not satisfied with them doing outside and inside garage. We sent a email on November 12th to cancel services. The guy performing the service was absolutely great, it was just a matter of cutting back spending/costs. But you can’t email to end services because they won’t recognize an email to cancel services after three days - you gotta be kidding me. You have to call to speak with your account manager…..?
