Technician was extremely professional and did a great job

William Simmons came out the other day and did an awesome job. Helped my wife out with everything she asked. The girls in the office are very helpful will always work with you on payments overall a very happy with the service that I've had for probably almost 4 years now. Highly recommend them,especially if Williams coming out!!!

Alan from Home Team Pest Defense is always good about calling us the night before to see if we have any issues and to verify that the time he is planning to come is good for us. We have never had an issue with any termites or insects with their care and they even did a rodent inspection report so that we could address any issues that might be an invitation for rodent activity. I would highly recommend them.

We opted for termite and pest control. Both techs were very knowledgeable and easily to deal with. Answered all my questions. They are tech savvy meaning my payments are auto deducted from our bank account.

Our service technician, Donnie, is very thorough. He always notifies us in advance of each service and when he arrives he always asks us if we have had any issues since his last visit. His service is always very good and complete, and he is thoughtful and respectful of our items.
