Tony was actually spraying a neighbor and I asked for an estimate. Due to his availability, I received an estimate and he was able to do the first quarter of treatment right then ! I also scheduled mosquito to start in March He explained everything and was cordial and professional. Highly recommend this company 😎

Wow I am just like so blessed by this!! Wes was incredible in setting up an appointment and service for me. Completely understanding about the situation and booked me as fast as he could!! Then on the actual service - Kenny came out! He was such an incredibly nice man and did a nice job! Covered my entire balcony for me and explained what I should be seeing over the next couple of days and to not panic. Explained some habits most of the critters have and how I can work on keeping my home free from them! He was so nice and helpful and did a fantastic job :,). Ain’t no doubt I will be keeping this service for as long as I am here.

Very Pleased with the service! Tony was the tech that did our termite spraying, and was very polite and courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. I am not one to write reviews often, but when I get Great service from a company or an individual tech I make the time to give them the praise they deserve. And if you choose to use Elite, make sure to tell them I sent you!!

Requested a quote and got a call from Wes within 1-2 hours. Super simple and straightforward, and then he scheduled a technician to come to our house 3 days later. They were super flexible and accommodating when I said my husband had a work meeting at 10:00 (he works from home), and they coordinated payment in advance so the tech could leave as soon as he finished. We got treatment for the interior of our home as well as the yard. I really appreciate that Wes laid out the different bundle options, set up a recurring plan that made sense for us, and explained the process for canceling future service visits if we decide to discontinue. I can't speak to the results quite yet, time will tell, but so far, 10 out of 10 for customer service!

Been very pleased with Elite Pest Control!!! They are like clock work, has some bugs in my condo and they control the issue. Had construction on the neighbors condo which shook up the pest. Elite came out the next week and eliminated the issues. Professional company and have offered their contact information to my friend who now uses them!
