We have been using Coastline Pest Management since 2015. After our home flooded twice, we sold and purchased a new home and moved there in November of 2021. We weren't familiar with the pest control system the builders used, so we had them come and give us and a few of our new neighbors a quote and we all switched. Horrible customer service!!!! The tall young guy with dark hair is a liar and cheats custoner's out of services. Says he service's unit but doesn't. Spent the whole day waiting around for him and he never showed but I then found out I was charged. The older bald guy is rude and argumentative. Nasty personality. Not helpful and needs major customer service training. Would not recommend this company unless you want to waste your money and be treated poorly.
