Beach pest service was out this morning. Ben Talked to me before he started working, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Asked me if there was any problems anywhere or any problem areas and we had none because what they’re doing outside Seems to really work ! Highly recommend Ben and Beach pest service.

Tyler is the best ! We love Beach Pest Service !
Robbie always does a great job. He's very personable and cares about his job.
Very personable and attentive to our needs.
We called and made an appointment for a home inspection as new clients two weeks ago for March 17th at 3pm. We waited until 3:45 pm on the day to call and check on where our tech was. We were told they would be here closer to 5pm. We called again at 5pm and we're told we were never even in the system. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
The team responded the same day, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. The technician who assisted me was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. I was very impressed with the overall experience, and this will be my preferred pest control company for my rental properties moving forward.
Always kind courteous and professional
Robbie always takes great care of our home. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a company to keep your home pest free!
Beach Pest Control just sprayed my kitchen and along my sliding glass door today. The young man who sprayed either had faulty equipment or did not know how to apply the spray. He did not spray under any appliances or cabinets but sprayed about a foot out into the kitchen floor and away from the sliding glass door. It was the heaviest application of chemicals I have ever seen. I had to wipe it up with paper towels to get it to even begin to dry. The young man also did not initial the sticker on the inside of the cabinet so I cannot report him as he did not give me his name. I have a small dog and if she would have walked in any of it before I could get it up I fear she may have become ill. I have had pest control for years and have never experienced such a poor spraying. He is simply not trained or is using faulty equipment. It was a very sloppy job. Do not recommend, especially if you have pets or small children.
Hasn't delivered services in months due to a changed credit card. That did not stop the attempts to collect money for non delivered services. After paying for 2 months of "service" that weren't delivered, and asking them to cancel my contract, they are still billing me AND not delivering services. Cannot recommend.
Didn’t have work with them, but one of your drivers tried to drive me off the road after he almost hit my car and than tailgated me for a mile and nearly rear ended me as well so unprofessional in a work truck
Called for a quote for a small RV spot told me over $200 for an ant treatment. Ridiculous. Got someone for $75
Robbie is the name of the tech which services us. He is very competent in his work with an affable disposition.
The only service I wanted was the initial treatment, without my knowledge they showed up for a follow-up inspection and charged me $159 for a service I didn't want. Today I get a phone call about them coming on 6/16, I don’t want this service and please remove the $159 charge as it was unsolicited.
Your method is toxic and outdated. There's no need to used bug bombs / fumigation to get rid of a German roach infestation. The chemicals are toxic, and settle where it lands, over time causing corrosion to electrical equipment. The chemicals are flammable which pose as a fire hazard later down the road. This method drives roaches deeper in crevesas to survive, causing a long term problem. Orkin pest control and terminex don't do this, and they have amazing results. I don't want your toxins but since I'm not a homeowner and can't afford to move out of my complex, my landlord and hoa don't care what I think, while they live else where and di t have to deal with the toxicity of your outdated methods. Please look into non toxic methodologies that are safe.
Response from Beach Pest Service
Mark bla, we believe you have Beach Pest Service confused with another pest control company. We do not use bug bombs or fumigation to control any roach issues. Please call us at 843-945-2824. We would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and clarify this issue.
Thank You,
Beach Pest Service
