Josh Shelley was excellent. He is vey knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His work was neat and efficient. He took his time and explained everything he did. I will request him for any and all service that we need!!

Clark serviced my home today. Chris, the technician, did my quarterly inspection. Chris was absolutely the BEST technician that has serviced my home in the 6 years that I have lived in my patio home. He was efficient and explained everything that he did. I felt VERY satisfied that my home is well protected!

GRAYDEN with Anticimex was here on Feb 18 for my pest spraying. He was kind, friendly and very efficient. Answered a few questions that I had, told me if there were any issues to just call. Have never had any problems whatsoever with any of the pest guys that come to spray. He even dusted my gutters for spiders. Thanks Strand Termite & Pest Control.

Since anticlimax has taken over for Strand Pest Control I have had nothing but problems with their billing department! When initial take over never received a bill for 9 months, their excuse was no billing info was transferred. They wanted full payment $173. Just now got a call about service I received in November $59 wanting to know when I could pay. I asked when they had sent out a statement and they told me they hadn’t got around to it because of the snow storm January 31st. I’m writing this on February 2nd. So I don’t know why I didn’t receive a statement from them since November because of a snow storm 1 day ago. I will now be hiring a new pest control service!!! Wish Anticimex had not ever taken over Strand. They also send emails to schedule Service which is fine, but email states they are doing outside service . When I receive email didn’t think I needed to be home , found out the hard way had to reschedule inside service.

5 stars for zap, but they just folded up and sold the business to another company and they will not return any calls or spray. I don’t think they are a thing anymore unfortunately.

Having recently moved to the south finding a vendor who does exactly what they say, when they say and well is nearly a unicorn. We moved in and found tons of ants and they came out in a timely manner. Best vendor of any trade we have found hands down. I wish they did painting, gutters, handyman and pretty much everything else a homeowner needs. Well done! Signed up for monthly service !

Called Twice two days apart for Termite inspection, large amout of wings were present, No one called, went with another company. Will never call again.

Zap Pest Control was Amazing. They were bought out by Clark's Pest control. Run! From the VERY first interaction with Clarks it has been a nightmare

In a world of very little integrity and honesty this company is amazing! They were professional and very honest with me. They answered my questions but also pointed me to find out who held the termite bond on the home that I just purchased. Rather than just taking advantage of me they explained how it would save me money to go back to the sellers!! Incredible!! I would highly recommend them as a trustworthy company. Thank you 😊

Not sure what has happened to this company. Once seemed to be on their game, now untrustworthy and unreliable.

Nobody can seem to get into the house, leaving doors unlocked when they leave, staff constantly changing. Most incompetent company we have dealt with.

Absolutely horrible. Hired them to do a cl100 and they missed major termite damage. Contacted them after discovering immediately after purchasing and they refused to do anything but "offered" to sell us a terminate bond. As if we would purchase something from a company who cannot even spot termite damage. Have had to hire a contractor to excess the damage and they state its over 300k in damage. Have had no choice but to file an insurance claim against them. Stay away from this company. On the cl100 they stated there was no attic access and as clear as day its right in the open. I do not even think they came to our property.

I do NOT appreciate how one of your employees (Lenny) knocked on my mother's door last night and then lied to her about how she had a contract with your company. He then tried to demand she pay him $150. She does not have a contract with your company and never has. Then when she informed him of this, he decided to become angry and pushy and told her she was wrong. Then he told her she needed Zap if she wanted to sell her house and that the company she uses doesn't perform the same services. She never even mentioned which company she uses. This behavior is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It is NOT okay to harass, bully, lie, or intimidate anyone, but doing it to an 81-year-old woman is just gross.
