Best company I have hired to get rid of pest, quick and price is great. There mosquito service top tier and termite control no one better

The actual pest control service is great, but they are impossible to get on the phone and they don’t have the ability to pay online which makes it very inconvenient. You also can’t pay them in person when they come to do the service. You have to send a check or pay over the phone, and like I said, they’re impossible to get on the phone.

Scheduled our yearly termite bond inspection. The wife was home and no one showed. I called and left a message stating that my wife took off work 2 hrs early and a no show/ no call was unacceptable. At 9 this more the "office manager" called me and stated there was a fam emergency and that it was "none of my business" i replied that professions courtesy demands at least a phone call. She stated that I was due no call or reason but that she had a dr appt. I stated that was unacceptable. My wife lost 2 hrs income for a no show. She said I was rude and I was welcome to cancel the svc. Then she hung up. Idk if she was a Mgr or the owner but talking to a customer that way in unacceptable and unprofessional.

We had a yard treatment done yesterday by Josh and he was FANTASTIC!!!! Very through took time to answer all our questions and concerns. He is a great asset to your company.

From the appointment set up process, to the technician, punctuality and follow-up for our unusual carpet beetle issue, the team at Bugman was unmatched. They even came back to help make sure the problem was taken care of, so the customer service was top notch to give us ease of mind. Affordable and great service, we definitely recommend!

We have used Original Bugman for our home for 20 years and have been completely satisfied. Our recent experience was our contract renewal visit and the tech, Brian did a fine job as usual. He answered any questions we had and completed the job smoothly. The best part of the company is that they have been keeping our home termite free. We would highly recommend this company!

We have been using The Bugman for +8 years. I love that it’s a family owned business so you hear a familiar voice when you call. We also love their technician, Chris! He’s the only person that I schedule to treat my house and my parent's house. He is professional, kind, and does a very thorough job. Chris actually just sprayed my house today and I joked about how my dog knows him at this point because she didn’t even get off of the couch! 😂 We appreciate y’all!

Ended up having to switch from my old company, because they would never follow up, and they were very inconsistent, a friend of mine recommended Bugman, and I have to say the technician that came out was amazing, he explained everything very professionally and was very informative on topics or any questions that I had, he walked me around and explained everything that he was doing, would definitely recommend Jacob w. , if you’re looking for someone who takes their time and works hard while also knowledgeable and down to earth then he is the tech for you ! Ps. Mrs Christy is also the sweetest receptionist ever and is amazing as well !

The Original Bug Man company was the issuer of the termite bond that was on my house when purchased about 14 years ago, and I've been happy to stay on as a client since that time. They've also been here to remove a gigantic wasp nest a few years ago, and that problem was gone for good. Christie in the office has always been a delight -- professional and very personable. Always available -- I don't think I ever go into an automated attendant nor voicemail. Today Ken, a manager, came here to follow up on a potential problem I was having in my crawlspace. He was extremely thorough, was able to determine the source of the problem and assure me that it is no threat to me at this time -- it was a very old problem that had since been taken care of. The technicians that come out every year are super! All in all, I love being able to use a local, family-owned business, especially one as fantastic as the Original Bug Man. 10 Stars!

Just purchased our home and paid the warranty transfer fee to Bugman Pest Elimination. We have called 4 times and sent multiple emails requesting the original report and contract to understand all the terms of service. To date, only received a request for $175 annual protection plan contract. We understand there will be an annual fee; however, we first need the original contract and report completed with the prior owner. Very frustrating. Have had to file a BBB complaint as our requests have been ignored.

I am happy with my service today with Bugman and the technician that came to my house. Professional and attention to detail was the mark. I’m retired inspector for the state and I look at every detail that the service has to offer me. Termite inspection and pest control was the agenda for today and I would highly recommend Bugman to get the job done right!

The Technician, Jacob, was very thorough, on time and very professional. Jacob is a great technician: Always pleasant and has great customer service 👏!

I'm still using this business after changing from another competitor awhile back. Johnny was the technician today and as always, he was prompt, very thorough and courteous. I really feel that I get my money's worth with this company and trust the Johnny's knowledge about treating for the pests at my home.

T ztech johnny was here today . He treated inside and outdoors. I hope JOHNNY is on duty next treatment. Just one thing I need to mention...As I opened the door for him to come in, one little green lizard jumped in and hid in another room. I hope the bug treatment scares it away next time the door opens!!!

Johnny did very nice on my house for the second time in a row! I didn’t even hear my doorbell and he stayed an extra few minutes just in case and thankfully I caught him! Very good service!
