DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We have been dealing with a rodent above ceiling for 3 months. Getting a technician to our home requires multiple phone calls which go to a National call center. Those individuals are polite and attentive. Most say there is no other option. Once in a while, they will offer to call the local office while you are on the line. Most technicians are polite. There has clearly been some changes within this company. They used to be so nice! We would make payments as we were able to and if we fell behind we would get a letter along the lines of “Thank you for your most recent payment. We noticed you haven’t made a payment this month. If we missed this or there’s been some sort of mistake we apologize and will gladly correct it.” That wasn’t the exact wording I know but it was always very nice and forgiving language.
