I have been trying to get these guys to treat my house for termites for a week now. They keep saying they will come and nobody ever came. The owner is a nice guy, but don't promise a service and not show up, and pick up the phone when customers call.

Very unprofessional. Does not return or acknowledge phone calls. He was very responsive during the start of his business but he told me that his business has grown but he's not able to accommodate the growth.

I have used bug bully for awhile last year . Recently I was trying to txt as usual or call to make an appt . He never responded for 2-3 weeks . Then when he finally did he said he never received a call or txt , which sounded like a lie! we scheduled an appt an he never showed SMH , I just got a new service an their great with communication an professional. It's a shame because it was very sudden that he started to act this way I'm not sure what's going on but you can't run a business like that seems more like running your customers off is what he is doing .

I had an appt on 4/21 and he never showed. I have called several times and left messages and texted for 2 weeks with no response. We now have to pay to transfer our termite bond with another company because we can not depend on him to come regularly.

I love Greg, I use him for all of my clients needs. He is always available when I need him, quick, thorough, kind, and honest. I hit the jackpot finding Bug Bully!

UPDATE AS OF A YEAR LATER! I have not had an infestation since treatments and working with BugBully. We were fighting BEDBUGS. And I have not had an issue since working with this company and keeping up on home treatments myself. Thank you again BugBully! You all saved my home🥰 Original review* I had a infestation in parts of my house and he has been so helpful in getting rid of them. Its a process when it gets past a certain point and my house is so big that its definitely taking both of us to get this under control. He has offered to come back and retreat everytime i have concerns which shows me he is with me until I say its done. That gives me a huge weight off my shoulders and I cant tell you how grateful I am for it. And the price was literally half of everybody else. Im still in a battle with these horrible little bugs but I can see an ending. Thank you bugbully.
