Not only have they done top-notch work, but they recently went above and beyond by coming out to help with a sudden spider issue. I HATE spiders. They were quick to respond, professional, and thorough in removing the spiders and webs from my home. The service technician, Grant is courteous and has a great personality. He goes above and beyond. Carolina Pest Controls was doing an inspection next door and noticed an over abundance of bugs and webs on my home. Christian came over walked me around my house and told me what I should be expecting from a pest control company and gave me a great quote. He immediately got busy at our house and even came inside to spray. My current company hadn’t been instead since Covid. He knocked down most webbing and my house had a ton. We live by the lake with lots of trees. Christian was very professional and kind! I’m letting Carolina Pest Control take over all my pest control including skeeters!! I highly recommend them for the job! No contracts no hassle returns if needed! Price was right!!
