Michael Emery
Copeland did a pre-purchase inspection. They didn't accurately report (to me at least) how extensive the damage was. It looks like only cosmetic repairs were done and I'm stuck with a house that won't last the length of the mortgage. I don't recommend Copeland Exterminating.
