We had bats decide to set up housekeeping the our soffit of our home. Michael and Grayson waited until the bat babies were grown and placed a one way net to allow them to find a new home. They were prompt and prepared! Thank you for everything!

I freaked out when I saw a snake in my garage. I called Pinnacle. Michael, who responded to my call was very very helpful and caring and concerned. He helped me through it and came out and got rid of the copperhead in my garage fairly quickly. He took it to set it free in the woods out in Ridgeland. I highly recommend their service. He took time to look at other things around my house and explain things to me in detail. This was a caring, professional, and I don’t think I would ask for anybody better than this. I discovered Pinnacle Pest Solutions while on vacation in Hilton Head after I found a small bug crawling in my hotel bed on a Saturday afternoon. After hotel management dismissed my concerns, I frantically began searching for an exterminator to help me identify the insect. Most businesses were closed and even when I was able to reach a representative, were unable (or unwilling) to assist me. That is, of course, until I reached Michael! He listened very patiently while I explained the situation to him, and waited while I fumbled through taking and sending over multiple pictures of the bug at various angles to help with identification. When we both agreed that identification by pictures alone would be difficult, he offered to meet my mother and me in a central location to allow him to visually inspect the bug! He assessed and understood the impact the situation was having on me and my family, and took the time to meet with us and advise us on how to protect ourselves and our belongings. This saved our vacation (and my sanity)! This level of customer service is a true rarity and was a much welcomed discovery. To say that I’m pleased with the service Pinnacle provided would be an understatement. So thank you again, Michael!!!
